The WBC bridgerweight belt is an unfashionable title, but Joe Gallagher and Lawrence Okolie plan to put it to good use before making the oft-discussed move to heavyweight.

UAE - In the inaugural WBA super cruiserweight title fight, WBA #1 Russian Evgeny Tishchenko (13-1, 8 KOs) eliminated determined WBA #2 German Leon Harth (22-6-1, 13 KOs) with a major left hand to the liver at 2:45 of the sixth round.

It is not officially confirmed yet by the WBA but it appears to be a fact that they will recognize the Bridgerweight title. According to German site boxen1.com the inaugural title fight will be staged on December 9 in Dubai where the troubled IBA (International Boxing Association) will hold a congress.

Ekaterinburg, Russia - Ekaterinburg, Russia - 2016 Olympic gold medalist Evgeny Tishchenko (12-1, 7 KOs) was lucky to get on the right side of a confusing split decision against hard-raging Belgian cruiserweight Yves Ngabu (21-2, 15 KOs) in a grueling hard fight.

Ekaterinburg, Russia - 2016 Rio Olympics gold medalist Evgeny Tishchenko (11-1, 7 KOs) scored his second victory of 2022 with a one-sided drubbing of former IBF cruiserweight title challenger Artur Mann over ten rounds. Scores were: 100-88, 99-89 and 99-89 - for the Russian, who scored two knockdowns en route to his dominant win. Mann, three fights removed from his TKO 3 loss to then-IBF champion Mairis Briedis, is now 19-3, with 10 KOs.

German Titov and RCC Boxing Promotions continue their local activities with a solid fight card, scheduled for Sunday, December 11th, at the DIVS Arena in Ekaterinburg, Russia. The card consists of ten fights, which will feature both recent amateur standouts and well-established contenders.

WBC #8 / TBRB #9 Magomed Kurbanov (23-0, 13 KOs) continued his winning streak by defeating former WBO light middleweight titleholder Patrick Teixeira over ten rounds with a unanimous decision. Kurbanov, who dropped Teixeira hard in the first, combined his sometimes underrated boxing skills with always-present toughness to competitively outbox the Brazilian with the scores: 99-90, 98-91, and 97-92.

Light middleweight contenders, Magomed Kurbanov of Russia and Patrick Teixeira of Brazil, will finally collide on July 9 in one of the important fights in the light middleweight division. The bout, which has been postponed before, will take place at the Uralets Arena in Ekaterinburg, Russia, and will be promoted by the RCC Boxing Promotions. It will be scheduled for ten rounds.

Magomed Kurbanov and Patrick Teixeira are once again stuck in a holding pattern. The intriguing junior middleweight has suffered its second postponement, as the March 26 show it was due to headline has been canceled. German Titov, lead event promoter confirmed with BoxingScene.com that the show will not proceed, though unable to provide an update on when it will be rescheduled.

WBA cruiserweight king, Belgian Ryad Merhy (30-1), will defend the title on March 26 in Ekaterinburg, Russia, against Evgeny Tischchenko (9-1) with RCC and 12Rounds co-promoting the event.
