Maintenance for a plane is no joke and can easily drain your money. Not many people in the market for "used" planes when you probably want your plane new just to be on the safe side. The problem with living a flashy lifestyle is if you're spending more than you're accruing. Eventually you'll be upside down and not able to keep up with it. You need some constant revenue flow.
