I hope they use Starz one show per month to build up their prospects while having mildly competitive fights on DAZN or HBO (which isn't going to happen).
Top Rank going to DAZN would be the best thing at this point. Get them under the same roof as Golden Boy, Matchroom, and Queensbury.
And make them actually do cross promotion fights with each other. None of this Bob Arum whining and crying that the network is trying to play matchmaker.
Dana White, for all his faults, said it best years ago "the promoters treat every event like a going-out-of-business sale."
This is the outcome of feeding garbage to fans for year - the people left, and they're not coming back. There's not enough of a core fanbase to sustain the sport in America. Boxings going to be as niche as Kickboxing and K2 in my lifetime.
