Bivol kicked his ass and exposed him. He just got beaten up by a midget and didnt seem to care. Is it over? Is he just there to collect money at the gate because people are stupid?
(saying ass i ok, but saying 5tup1d is censored? What sort of crazy algorithm is this??)
Canelo has been on a severe decline for at least 3 or 4 years. Berlenga, Mungaia, William Scull and John Ryder all gave him a much harder time than expected (Remember when we thought Canelo would easily destroy all those guys? Did we forget about that after those fights?). Old 41 year old GGG gave him lots of trouble too, at a weight division that Golovkin had never fought in. After Bivol beat Canelo it was a quick downhill trajectory. I'm not even convinced that Canelo hadn't been in decline before that. Hard to say for sure when Canelo was at his peak, but it may have been around 2017 - 2018.
Oh, coincidently this was the period when he was bang on the PEDs and got busted... This obviously begs the question would Canelo have even had a "peak" if he wasn't using PEDs? I guess we'll never know.

I think the 168lb run was a good and prime Canelo, as well. When he was chasing Undisputed. The one that fought BJS and Caleb Plant. I felt like those versions of Canelo would've gave Crawford troubles... but yeah, after the loss to Bivol it kinda went downhill and he looked like on the decline.

Hes been done. Never anything great or special.
Just got by beating eurobums who were taller but absolutely sucked. A bum charlo, Munguia and bumnalgas.
Then big Crawford came along and smacked that hypejob to retirement.
Once apon a time boxers would retire once they knew they werent the best. They didnt hang around. Doesnt happen these days. Too much money and too many gullible pretend fans.
I believe Saul is well over the hill
but we'll know for certain in his next fight
Saul lost to the best boxer of this generation
that doesn't automatically mean washed up
best boxer is capable of beating anyone
Saul lost wide but it was competitive
still favor him over most of 168
but steer clear of Osleys
