It's crazy when you think of how much JP has made in such a short period of time in the sport. 5 years and the dude has banked over 100 million combined easily. I know he's a "personality" and that helped, but I'd argue that he would have never made the same if he had only fought other Youtubers of more celebrity style boxing. The fact that he got himself in against fighters that used to be relevant in some capacity (Mike Tyson, Nate Diaz, Tyron Woodley and even a basketball player, lol) for no real reason speaks volumes of how well he promotes. He made more money than he should have and then talked himself all the way up to the upper elite vs AJ while scoring himself a nice 90mill+ payday. It's crazy when you think about it and also makes you believe, when you have money, you can do anything you want. Similar to getting away with murder, you can literally get yourself into a mega fight you do not deserve to be in and only profit off it even more.
I'm not looking at overall career paydays, but this dude has probably banked more than Mayweather if you consider the amount of fights less he has than Mayweather. Like fights had vs $$$ earned is crazy.
I know there are adjustments that can be made and both earned crazy money but it took Mayweather 50+ fights (including his exhibitions). Not 14.of course Jake started on YouTube and was working with a bigger audience
This is one of the better aspects but almost feels like charity work for Jake with the amount of money more he's making than his undercards lol. I'm cool with him bringing more exposure to the females and some other male fighters on his undercards though sometimes, they need to do it better.
Not for nothing but the Alycia fight as the co-main to his fight, with all the eyes watching was pretty damn bad. Alycia was Okay with settling for the UD rather than putting a stamp on her victory and really going for the KO. The fight justified a lot of the talk that either women have no power or their fights are boring. While it wasn't entirely boring, it was kind of meh. I think leading up to the main, there should have been a very violent appetizer fight prior. This is boxing and it's supposed to be violent at times. Give the people what the sport is all about!Yeah I don't watch female boxing
they don't have the quickness nor the power of men to be elegant finesse boxers or ko punchers

I still wonder whether these fights were really made so that he could get exposure for his co-main and undercard fighters.
He literally brought the viewers to his fighters.
It kind of puts his boxing career in a different light if you think of it that way.

He's brought his own audience and is an excellent promoter, that's where his strengths lie. A P. T. Barnum so to speak, he brings the circus. And legitimate fights(ers) to his label.

Adjust past earnings for inflation to get today’s dollars
the paydays for beating up manny and Conor
did Jake get ppv money too
Jake’s net benefit for boxing turned some people into Joshua boxing fans
