Who is the greater fighter. I was a massive Mayweather fan but I have to say Crawford has out performed Mayweather and has more tools in his belt. I'm not surprised he easily beat canelo.
Well to me the glaring difference is Floyd ducked out of the division when the better welterweights were at their peak, whereas Crawford didn't. With Floyd there was a set of rules/demands for one guy but not for another. Too wishy washy that's why he don't get much respect here
Floyd was scared of Khan
He was. Floyd seemed to be worried about numerous things.
With bud and floyd I don't think that whoever you think is better you are wrong it depends what you like, there is no right or wrong answwr. You might like Floyd's resume with a few more notable names on it even if past prime, and even with some gift wins. Or you might prefer buds 3 division unified, and risk taking jumping 2 divisions.
The last version of Floyd Mayweather Junior we all saw inside the ring against another top level boxer 'would beat all the fighters on Terrence Crawford's resume. So let me say that again? The last version of Floyd Mayweather Junior we saw vs. Andre Berto. That version of Mayweather would go through Crawford's entire resume unbeaten'.
Note: Terrence Crawford win over Canelo Alvarez 'was nowhere near as good as Mayweather's win. Alvarez was miles outside of his peak, and not an unbeaten fighter. Regardless? Mayweather beat Alvarez more easily than Crawford, and even that version of Floyd Mayweather Junior was not at his peak'.
I don't think any version of Terrence Crawford, would be able to go through Floyd Mayweather Junior's resume unbeaten 'I would back Miguel Cotto, and Oscar De La Hoya to beat Crawford'.
To conclude: Overall it is quite clear that Floyd Mayweather Junior was the greater fighter, in terms of skill 'and resume. Mayweather competed during potentially the second greatest welterweight era of all-times. And he was a premier Champion during that era'
Terrence Crawford for the most part of his career, has avoided fighting at his more natural fighting weight 'only until very recently did Terrence Crawford decide to actually compete at his more natural fighting weight. And for this behaviour? I take away points from Crawford's resume'.
Floyd Mayweather Junior, Canelo Alvarez, Oscar De La Hoya, Shane Mosley, Miguel Cotto 'potentially all of those fighters have a better resume than Terrence Crawford, on a fight by fight basis. Those are the facts'.
Nobody can sit here and tell me that, a semi-retired Shawn Porter, chronically damaged Errol Spence Junior, a traumatized Kell Brook and a demotivated Amir Khan is an all-time great resume. They were all solid wins, but not great wins'.
Terrence Crawford is one of the greatest fighters of his generation and era 'but that boxing era was not a great boxing era. And the only reason why people are mentioning him anywhere near Floyd Mayweather Junior, is because he was unbeaten'.
Unbeaten records in boxing can easily be manufactured, Terrence Crawford's unbeaten resume was not manufactured 'but in my opinion, it has not been as difficult to stay undefeated during Crawford's boxing era compared to Floyd Mayweather Junior's boxing era'.
Note: I did not vote in the poll. etc.
I have TBud knocking manny out as he goes undefeated through Floyd's record
Marcos would also be a good fight
Unbeaten records in bong can easily be manufactured,
Lol
Who had a more manufactured resume than Mayweather.
Its easy to look at all the names on his resume but in hindsight the best fighters in prime were Hatton and Corrales.
Floyd was cherrypicking his own career and ducked out of the division when some prime good fighters emerged.
He navigated his career better than Rambo in a minefield
Floyd sure was hiding when he avoided, bradley, thurman, Spence, Bud, khan, brook etc etc. Bud actually fought brook, khan, spence, guys floyd managed to swerve so at least Bud tried.
Floyd was scared of Khan
Floyd knew when to run, and he knew when to hide

10/10 rage bait. Well done, sir!
Phloyd's duck list is the longest in boxing history. Bud never ducked anyone. You got rope a doped by a fraud coward pretender.

Fixed it for ya…Let see why RockyKO thinks TBud is faster
Because Floyd was stoopid quick
Floyd regularly landed flush with singles. Others need to setup clean shots with combos
Takes otherworldly reflexes to sharpshoot as well as Floyd did.
Best timing ever made fast guy manny’s speed look ordinary
Floyd would spam lead right hands which is a no no and would result in getting ko’d for most
Floyd’s mix of quickness and timing allowed him to do sht few can
Floyd greater due to his wins over Genaro Diego Oscar Ricky Juan Shane Miguel Saul manny
that’s 9 hall of famers and 5 all times with one of them being a top 15
of all the hall of famers Floyd faced only 1 Oscar managed to win more than 3 rounds
Floyd was so good at the peak of his fame that it was an accomplishment for any opponent who could take 2 rounds in a row or more
we’re talking about a guy who was so hard to hit that the crowd would cheer if an opp managed to get a clean jab in
pac landed the much cleaner punches when he fought floyd. that must have been weird for you to see. while floyd was reduced to grazing jabs that landed with no force since they were thrown while leaning away(no leverage aka not clean). i guess thats just great boxing? the ever changing criteria of what great boxing is. whatever floyd is doing...that makes it great.
we are also talking about a guy who clearly avoided the biggest threats to him throughout most his career so yeah his defense agaisnt hand picked opponents was pretty good cant deny that but who was he fighting? baldomirs? hmmm and even prime floyd got lit up like a christmas tree against guys like corley and judah and then again against way past it pac. if he had fought more skilled guys who were in their primes his defense would not have held up as well, but he didnt for a reason. this should be seen as a negative but you spin it as a positive? i dont know kinda weird. you are almost entering "wilder would ko any opponent if he lands" territory.
of course Saul Santos was at the bordering division up
TBud's opps were far inferior
Floyd wouldn't even go up to 160 for ggg
TBud's opps were far inferior you say
Lol. It was obvious from what Crawford did to that opposition, he was the real deal and we know what that means
Floyd would use any excuse to stall fighting him or avoid him altogether
Even if it meant ducking out of the division for years, which he did in his actual career when some fighters that could hit him back emerged

Bud probably beats all the versions floyd beat. Plus buds best win is likely better as in taking risks.
But Bud and floyd aren't very succesful on giving rematches as bad as each other
Crawford was far superior. It's obvious to the eye, Bud had so many more moves and combinations, far more complete as a multi dimensional fighter, Floyd was one dimension pitter patter. Crawford unifed 3 divisions, beat all the best, Fraud never unified nothing, ducked all the threats who would have beaten him. This is a very dumb question, there is no comparison. Bud was a true great and maybe the goat, Fraud was a protected fraud pretender and a self confessed coward.

Terence Crawford: "The Greatest Fight Of My Career Was Against Ricky Burns"
Burns. Ricky who? There's only one Ricky Hatton
Diego, Jose, Oscar, Ricky, Juan, Shane, Miguel, Pre-Prime Saul Santos, Manny >>> Errol & Past Prime Saul Santos
