After Sheeraz relatively easy knockout win over Berlanga, how does he fair against Canelo who went the full 12 rounds with Berlanga and was unable to stop him.
Canelo vs Sheeraz - Who wins, and how?
Sheeraz has hit his peak and is now the best fighter that has ever lived. Canelo is also the best fighter that has ever lived. Once Canelo blows away Mr. Cardboard, aka, Crawford, Canelo fights Sheeraz, and no matter the result, they are both the greatest fighter of all time. We are all winners in this fight. This is the most exciting time in boxing until Berlanga's undisputed heavyweight reign which comes in 2028 and ends in 2033, to a declining Jake Paul's last dance. Jake Paul then replaces KSI for the relaunch of Prime Energy drink 2.0 by Paul and Paul. It takes the world by storm like the film C@cktail starring Tom Cruise. Nash out - His Majesty.
The only way it happens is if Sheeraz agrees to play soft for the ginger franchise. Canelo doesn't do real fights anymore and has not for about a decade other than the Bivol miscalculation.
- - Canelo never been KDed or even hurt.

Sorry to tell you that Canelo isn't going to let you gargle on his balls pal.
Canelo has been saved by the ropes against Cotto's brother and has been rocked in the past by Jacobs, GGG and Bivol, he has a granite chin sure, but he is still human. If he is getting knocked down, it likely especially to happen now that he is in the downslide against a big puncher. He has become a stationary target and his gas tank which has never been his best trait, fades early in the middle rounds.
If it doesn't then cool, but no need to defend Ginger when someone proposes someone could beat him, also either hurt or drop him.
At 160 when Canelo fought GGG and Jacobs, Ginger since he is basically a sharper and more complete version of Adames, too durable and too illusive to be caught with a big shot that would turn the tables. Also a big puncher despite not getting the stoppages against Golovkin and Jacobs.
Right now, think Sheeraz can capitalize in his reach, skillset and stamina to catch Canelo coming in. Discouraging Alvarez to press. Either could score a knockdown though. 65/35 in favor of Sheeraz though most won't admit due to their bias towards Alvarez, who will likely maneuver his way out to fight easier opponents in his circus parade to check out rich.
Alvarez is in the downslide with Sheeraz having the right qualities to upset him. Long reach, power and footwork to fight in the backfoot. His also on paper, the tallest, longest fighter he face so far, who has notable handspeed like Amir Khan and David Benavidez. (Aware Canelo never fought the latter, just a comparison.)

People here aren’t giving Crawford much of a chance. They don’t realize that Crawford is a very live dog.
Canelo’s size and strength is great and all, but he’s slipped enough and Crawford’s resume is finally going to match his ability. I think he is going to put on a masterful performance and make Canelo look old.
I still think Canelo would beat Hamza. He would still win against a guy like Hamza who has poor ring generalship, flat footed, and a low punch output. Styles make fights.
I give Crawford a chance but also a lot of people are forgetting Crawford didn't look that great at 154 Vs Madrimov, that was a very close fight. However I think Madrimov is very good and it wasn't the ill version that Ortiz got to fight.
However, Crawford is also at an age where we start seeing pretty rapid decline in fighters his size.
For all the talk of Canelo being in decline, I wouldn't be so sure we're getting a prime Crawford either. He's made it clear he's in the last stages of his career and cashing out. Smart move because he knows his age will catch up too.
We've seen more decline in Canelo but he's also been more active, so we have more evidence. Crawford has fought once in about 2 years and it was a razor thin win and closest fight has had....
Turki going to be pissed when he realizes Canelo wants no part of Sheeraz. lol.
Wouldn't be surprised if his fans created a narrative that he most avenge Munguia by beating Surace. Saying this French Journeyman is a great prospect and has the goods to be future champion that could beat the likes of the fighters that Canelo is actually avoiding.
I remember his fans saying Munguia and Berlanga would beat Benavidez, how horrible has those statements aged, they are now trying to poke at his win over Morrell who got recently knocked down, even if controversial, Morrell won coming off a loss to Benavidez, against a undefeated heavy handed Russian that is coming off a positive drug test and is well experimented having a decorated amateur background. Morrell went to decision after being knocked down at least. Munguia and Berlanga got starched by Middleweights being brought up, Munguia by a French Journeyman and Berlanga in a fight he shouldn't even be in against a Sheeraz coming off a controversial draw against another world champion in Adames.
There is prime fresh contenders that are knocking on the door for a title shot, tall rangy punchers like Sheeraz, Pacheco and Osleys. Or fresher strong Martinez, Mbilli, and Sadjo.
Think Alvarez will vacate the WBC title to avoid Mbilli to fight beatable fighters like Resendiz, Jermall Charlo and perhaps Melikuziev. With a narrative on his side of course that journalists will spread.
Light Heavyweight is also a shark tank, so even if Canelo is struggling to cut down due to age and milage, quite doubt he take that risks unless it is very profitable. Khataev, Morrell, Beterbiev, Benavidez and Bivol. Even a still fresh Yarde who gave Kovalev and Beterbiev a tough fight before getting stopped. Yarde is physically very strong, like a ox and although he doesn't that many great wins (Lyndon Arthur X2 who is world ranked), he is battle tested. Physically being of the few to push back Beterbiev to the ropes and overwhelming Kovalev before gassing. He rocked both, wouldn't be surprised if he did so against Benavidez as well.

Fair points. Canelo might still have too much experience for Hamzah to deal with, but he's improving and maybe Andy Lee can come up with a decent game plan to take advantage of Canelo's weaker areas.
Hamzah should be Canelo next natural opponent but honestly speaking the Ginger has an upcoming bigger task at hand if we go skill by skill in Bud Crawford, Canelo isnt getting any younger but he should have enough left to eventually handle a figher of the level of Sheeraz, it could go similar to the Callum Smith fight.
Who tf is "we"? Lmfao loser
that is how you take care of former canelo opponent, like surace, like humza.
not being taken the distance like benavidez against plant and grovskt, then he goes to fight yarde, who was stopped by canelo ko victim who stopped him with light jab, ..
and then, to top it all off, benavidez, last opponent, who was only 11-0, loses to a guy who is not even as good as sheeraz or berlaga.
canelo-sheeraz is worldwide blockbuster for all to see,!
we will be keeping a close eye , one thing i know is that we will be making sure this sheeraz fella shaves his beard before the fight, !

Find it mad that the Canelo sweepstakes are still in effect even when he's fighting Crawford in his next fight. Not that Hamza was calling him out. Hamza is a bit of rare breed in boxing he's very self-possessed, respectful and shows an emotional intelligence others don't.
Hamza knew to give props to Canelo and just leave it at that for now and say if it happened he'd make it a shootout.

Last month Turki said his ideal plan for Canelo is a fight with either Eubank Jr or Sheeraz scheduled for February 2026, after September's fight with Crawford.
I think the point is Canelo shouldn't even be fighting Crawford in the first place.
Question marks over it for sure but Crawford is one of the best fighters of this generation. If he wants to roll the dice then he's surely earned the right.
