The scene we saw yesterday at the end of the Taduran vs Shigeoka rematch was distressing, to say the least. I still haven't found any news about Ginjiro's state after he was stretchered out of the ring, unconscious.
Perhaps some friend here from Japan can tell us something?

As I feared, the Japanese Boxing Commission were not telling the actual situation. Hopefully Shigeoka recovers in full.

Thanks man, I had missed that article. Good to learn that Shigeoka should be OK, even if that "believe" (from the JBC) still leaves some lingering doubt. Fingers crossed.
