When Crawford moved to 154, I said to myself, ok, fine, Crawford will clean out 154, nothing wrong with that. That would be a bigger challenge than fighting Boots.
But in reality Crawford only had one fight at 154 and he didn`t look great. And now will he lose badly to ginger at 168 and retire.
Crawford ducked Boots, because he would have lost that fight.
It would be much worse than losing to Canelo, because 168 is not even his division.
In your opinion Home; Why did Boots just so happened to duck the top two titleholders in the welterweight division; Which was Crawford and Spence?
Because he was loyal to showtime....
aka i can milk this excuse till they move up.

No, it was more like Ennis ducking Crawford. After becoming undisputed, There was no reason for Bud to stick around the welterweight division anymore.
He only stayed there intermittently. In hopes of enforcing his immediate rematch clause with Errol Spence in December of 2023. When that clause failed to flourish.
He waited for more than a year before deciding to vacate the 147 lbs weight division for good. Since by that time he had already won the welterweight crown anyhow.
Therefore, he had nothing left to prove in the division. Additionally, Boots was coming to the bargaining table empty handed. He had nothing Crawford wanted or needed.
He was an unknown, Who didn't generate any money, no fanbase or large of enough following in order to draw casual fans. Now as far as Canelo is concerned; His situation was totally different.
Once Canelo cleaned out the168 lbs division. Instead of vacating it. He decided to campaign and remain there by fighting limited and overmatched opponents.
While ducking the very best fighter in that division at the time. Which was also his WBC mandatory challenger David Benavidez.

Ennis left the wbo rankings when Bud was making nothing but mandatory and voluntary defenses. He also turned down Buds offer a lil over 2 years ago cause of loyalty to showtime.
Ennis never triggered his mandatory to spence either. Wonder why he ducked the 2 best guys in the division at the time? Never attempted to fight any other top nme at 147 during that time either...
Get over your bs, facts are facts. 147 is a weak division. Odds for last night fight were like -750 for Ennis. Fight went exactly as those odds predicated

Quit trying to make your agenda into fact. Crawford didn’t duck boots.
Crawford moved up in weight and won another major world title, and is now moving up two more weight classes to attempt to become a 5 division world titlist and 4 division lineal champion.
Taking on bigger challenges isn't ducking. It's not like he's fighting Robert Guerrero instead of Jaron Ennis, he's fighting Madrimov and Canelo.

Ennis was Spence's loose-end to tie up. Crawford inherited Spence's problem. I would've loved to have seen Ennis/Spence. It always seemed like Team Spence understood that Ennis was more trouble than he was worth, and not truly being with PBC made him easier to avoid.
