I thought he was jobbed harder than anyone the whole night of fights
I thought he won by multiple rounds but again got jobbed
Seems to be a way for Martin in title fights getting screwed
What are your thoughts about this fight
I didn’t see Puello do much and seemed he had no urgency at all like he knew the result
I think this fight could have gone either way. Puello was landing some hard shots that could have gotten him more rounds than what some think.
That’s not what I saw
He didn’t do much in the first half and then was just trying to steal rounds imo
I thought he beat Teo. I thought he earned at least a draw against Pueblo, maybe won as well.
He gets the short end every time.
Dark cloud over his head

The funny thing is mikey garcia lost to martin and thought wow I su-ck I should retire but Martin is actually a top level guy and easily could be 1
I still respect Mikey going out when he did. He tried and failed to be the 6th guy to be a 5 division world titlist. And he had his last fight against a worthy opponent, lost a close fight, and left the sport with his dignity and faculties intact. It's too bad we didn't get to see him fight Lomachenko but he had a really nice career.
Titles won:

130: WBO
135: WBC/IBF
140: lineal/TBRB/IBF

W vs Orlando Salido TD 9
W vs Juan Manuel Lopez TKO 4
W vs Rocky Martinez KO 8
W vs Dejan Zlaticanin KO 2
W vs Adrien Broner UD 12
W vs Sergey Lipinets UD 12
W vs Robert Easter Jr. UD 12
L vs Errol Spence Jr UD 12
W vs Jessie Vargas UD 12
Other notable opponents:
W vs Jonathan Victor Barrios TKO 8 (WBA fake belt champion)
W vs Juan Carlos Burgos UD 12
L vs Sandor Martin MD 10
It would be a shame to see him go out like some of his peers losing fights to guys that weren't good enough to carry their bags in their primes.

He’s been screwed one to many times but hard to disagree with you here
Martin is a great boxer and worthy of a title
It was a very close fight but I had Martin edging it.
I feel bad for the dude he's always on the wrong end of decisions. Even when he does get the nod the scorecards are ridiculous (I'm sure a judge gave that fight to Mikey)
Solid fighter.
I wish Turki would call guys like him up if anyone deserves big pay days its fighters like Martin.
Well said
And yes if anyone is deserving of a great payday , he is one who comes to mind
This is like his third screwjob

I had Martin winning but I wouldn't call this one a robbery. There were a lot of close rounds. Tough break. I had him beating Teofimo Lopez too.
I had him up 4 rounds
Puello wasn’t doing much and actually trying to steal rounds
That bums me out so much. Imagine if Martin got the decisions he deserved, he'd be a unified champ.
You are totally right
He's been screwed multiple times
It did looked to me like he won, he pushed the pace, controlled the fight threw more, Puello would sneak in the hard counter here and there but looked lost overall.
Exactly
Puello had no answers whatsoever
