Legal punishments for drug cheats are the only way you're ever going to clean up boxing. I keep telling y'all, but y'all don't want to listen. People need to be sued &/or they need to go to jail If not, then this is just going to keep happening. If Whyte has indeed been busted FIVE times, that dude's a habitual offender, who's putting people's lives & well being at risk.

3 times as pro boxer. Others have said he popped twice as a kick boxer but I don't know that as fact. But that would make it 5 total. The 3 as a boxer is ridiculous anyway. I think what might have been a contributing factor was how Benn handled it all. He was very public about going against the BBBoC, that their ruling was wrong, also made them look inept and powerless by going around them. I can imagine for their continued existence/relevance they would’ve had to push back hard to make an example. IIRC the test had been positive for quite some time until someone leaked it to the press, so they might’ve been somewhat ok with the situation until a light was shone onto it. Apparently A LOT of UK pros have popped dirty and quietly made it go away. Yeah definitely agree with you there. White has a Texas boxing license, was cleared by them on the Ped situation and is free to box ever since. Nah, not how it works. He failed his test in this country, so he has to have a hearing in his country to resolve that issue. Despite the international license. Much like Benn who was cleared by the WBC, he still had to have his two hearings in the UK with the BBBoC before he was cleared to fight here. Don't believe Whyte has had any hearings.

Either he's served a silent ban or his fight will be licensed by a foreign board. He is licensed by an international board and has been for years. Shouldn't matter because the BBBoC told Conor Benn (and Eubank Jr) is their rescheduled fight goes ahead while he's drug issue is still unresolved then there will be consequences. Seems not the case here.
