He’s just way better.
Faster, longer, better combination puncher, better body puncher, more power, more experience, higher ring IQ.
I have no idea how why anyone is picking Morrell.
This turned out to be a good clean competitive fight
In David’s own words his hardest fight thus far
I think Cuban David took 4 or 5 rounds
he was about as fast as Mexican David early on but those body shots took their toll
If a guy with 5 pro fights made it that close imagine how bivol would clown him lmfao

Did you think that was a good rebuttal when you wrote it out? I log in for the time in months and you're immediately online adding to your 25k posts. It's hilarious.
What’s even more hilarious is you coming here barking like a kunt
Now fugh off clown
And yet here you are
:wave:clown

When the bell rang in round 1 and I watched those two beasts walking towards each other, it really hit me, that its so rare to see two young lions in their prime facing off. I struggle to remember many at all in recent times. It's usually one being much older, inactive, washed, or some bs weight restrictions like with Tank, Garcia. It actually felt weird to see it actually happen.
Fvkcing corny :lol1:
They both fucking suck. One guy beat another guy with 5 pro fights by decision
Benavidez landed everything but the kitchen sink on Gvozdyk and even though he gassed late, won pretty much every round comfortably. His defence was impressive too.
Morrell vs Kalajdzic was close and David didn’t look like he had a scooby doo what to do. Showed a real lack of boxing IQ and the ability to adapt.
This won’t be close
Got the David's confused
They both still suck
Yes, it was. The Cruz-Fierro fight alone was worth the price of admission. And Benavidez-Morrell did not disappoint. Wishing Benny greater success going forward. He deserves his moniker. He confirmed my suspi cions, and that of many others, that Canelo has been blatantly avoiding him. I think — and certainly hope — that Morrell has room for growth, and therefore a brighter future. Boxing needs more events like last night, where two real lions take up a challenge versus each other.

They are about the same height and Morrell has 4 more inches in reach. Morrell has more power. Higher ring IQ can be argued.
I pick Morrell because I know he's going to win.
"Higher ring IQ" can't be argued?
Ok, what about now?
Can higher ring IQ be argued?
Morrel's IQ looked well below Benevides' ring IQ. That question was answered CONCLUSIVLY.
this should be a very close fight, i wouldnt rule out either fighter, i mean you can argue that morrell is better than plant, and plant did take 5 rounds from benavidez imho... hope is enterteining and not a chess match...
Judging from this fight, Plant is a much smarter boxer than Morrel. The problem is that Plant is much smaller than Morrel.
He didn't get destroyed, this was fairly competitive with Benavidez winning most rds, he looked more uncomfortable than I had ever seen him in any fight doing it too.
You’re 100% correct. It wasn’t a destruction and Morrell had his moments. It was fairly one-sided though for the most part
Morrell had is moments and I wanted him to win (I often root for the underdog). Showed a granite chin and buckled Benavidez a couple of times.
Was a great night of boxing.

Good call. Congr ats. (Can’t even say “r ats” around here. Lol)
