The "Regular" designation only applies when there is an active Super Champion. that's correct. i just wanted to point out that haye's belt wasn't the same level as pulev's even though they have the same name (wba belt/champion). those of us who follow everything every week know this but casual fans are sometimes confused with this wba nonsense. and who can blame them? those scum promised to consolidate their belts (1 per division) but barely did anything because most of them were vacated. not even 3 years after their promise, they are handing out secondary AND interim belts again.
