Name value and intrigue. If GBP had the opportunity to make Ortiz/Spence, I bet they would. Some are under the impression that Spence's poor performance vs. Crawford had to do with weight. People would tune in to see if Spence can redeem himself or if Ennis could outdo Crawford. I think their styles would mesh perfectly.
