He made $25 million in the Frank Martin fight according to some silly clown masquerading as a legit sportswriter.
Honestly, all this talk about whether Tank Davis clears ten million for the Roach fight reminds me of how unpredictable any money game can be, kinda like when you’re chasing a jackpot in slots or sweating a big hand in poker. Fans keep acting like the payout is guaranteed, but boxing payouts swing just like betting odds when the action heats up. I was checking out some casino stuff the other day and ran into this sweet no-deposit bonus guide at regisztrációs bónusz befizetés nélkül which sorta nails that same vibe of taking a shot without risking too much. Tank’s crew knows exactly how to play the table, whether it’s negotiating the purse like a blackjack pro counting cards or rolling the dice on pay-per-view numbers. If the hype keeps growing, the dude could hit a massive payday, but just like roulette, nothing’s locked in until the wheel stops for real.
Compared to his previous events, Davis has had big dips from mega-PPV numbers (the Garcia fight reportedly did over 1.2 M buys).
What is this obsession with how much money Tank makes for his fights?
No matter what he makes, there is a segment of NSB that will say it’s a lie and lower the number without any evidence.
Whatever he actually makes, rest assured he makes more than any other boxer in that weight class.
Your boy Floyd created the obsession with how much fighters earn. That's all he talked about, posing for selfies with stacks of cash, belittling other fighters for not pulling down bigger PPV numbers, and his constant bragging that he earned more than this, that or other fighter.
I made a comment yesterday: When we were growing up watching the great fighters of the 70's, as kids, even aping their fighting styles as we would each assume a role... we would talk about many things regarding these fighters, THE ONE thing I naver heard mentioned... ever! was how much money they were making.

Sports and betting are closely intertwined, so it would be great to see something like that. In the meantime, you can check out top 10 casino en ligne to find something that suits your interests.
Tank's big names, but 10 million might be a stretch, especially depending on how this fight plays out. It’s gonna depend on a lot of factors - PPV buys, sponsorships, and if the hype really keeps up.

They're not content in reporting he made $2 million. They have to inflate it to high heavens and insult people's intelligence. Yeah, even at a time when all major US networks have left boxing. A few years ago people were wondering how uncle Al is able to pay $1 million for his fighters, which is still huge even to this day.
All these grossly exaggerated figures started when DAZN joined the scene. They were a startup company willing to spend hundreds of millions of dollars. Hearn represented them and started making garguantuan offers. Wilder's highest purse at PBC was $2 million. Hearn offered him $12 million for the AJ fight, then it became $25 mil, $100 mil, and so on. PBC fans and their fanatical writers were irritated. And not to be outdone, they started manufacturing numbers. Espinoza overpaid Wilder at first but ended up throwing him to Fox Sports.
Until now the exaggeration hasn't abated even when Showtime had exited boxing. PPV numbers are also exaggerated even in this day and age of rampant free streaming. Strange part is some people actually buy into it.
some "writers" are in reality just PR spokesmen for certain fighters/promotions. look how much tank got isnt haymon a great promoter! think those tsla stock pumpers who get paid by tsla to say how amazing tsla is and how you must buy the stock in the face of all its failures and false promises, its amazing because they say so! its going to 10x very very soon dont miss out!
Anyone paying tank to fight non threats deserves to loose money. I can't believe anyone would pay him to fight tomato cans.
As long as dummies keep paying. He’ll keep fighting them cans. Hes 30 years old with no Loma, Teo, Haney, Shakur, Linares, Ortiz, Kambosos, Nakatani or Commey. Pathetic.
He is very talented but alas, he is the very definition of a protected fighter.
Skeptical of the $25M and the 1M PPV sales against Garcia.
That had very little to do with Tank. He's got a very consistent trend prior to the Garcia fight, between 200-350K PPV buys. When he fought Garcia, you know that the extra 900K weren't from Tank fans... After Garcia, he's right back to the same numbers. With all the controversy from Garcia v Haney, I wouldn't be surprised if a rematch did big numbers too, and again, it wouldn't have that much to do with Tank.

Two reports with huge difference in figures. One is close to reality and the other is clearly made up.

So how much did Benavidez make as co-feature in the Martin/Davis fight? How come there's no report about that?
Although he was the co-feature for the purpose of PPV and other counts don't they only announce the "main" event guy's numbers (ie the final fight of the card)?
Granted if its true that Tank said he'd be "willing" to be the co-feature (ie the second to last fight) to Benavides vs Morrell because the Roach fight isn't selling for crap, those numbers might come out this time.
One thing for certain is that regardless of Benavides, Tank definitely didn't make 25 million for his purse. Heck, its probably more closer to say that the whole card itself made 25 million (from there purses and other fees get distributed) given the gate and PPV.
Lemme just refresh people's memory:
