Since Beyonce's awful later career humbling against good opp and his good performance against Fury in their 3rd fight, his fraudulence has faded into history.
Who has he passed the torch to to continue his stellar frauding?
wilder has a 25% ko ratio against top 10 opposition.
that draw should have been a fury win.
he might have done a lot of things in his career, but yet he didnt and his resume is crap.
wilders losses came when he stepped up in competition. his career ended because he couldnt compete
This is truly cringe... Truly cringe... :lol1::lol1:. Does that mean his Ko ratio jumps back to 80% when he fought the number 11th ranked guy? Even if what yo said was somehow true... How would we go about determining this stat? According to whom? what top 10 list?
Another excellent post of yours.
I suppose.....that showing support for your favorite fighters, even at the expense of knowledge and reason; is a big part of fandon in any competitive sport.
But purposely denigrating an athlete who slugs their way to the top in the hardest sport there is....that is just strange.
That outlines the only point I'm making when I respond to these type of threads.
Wilder vs. Usyk, Fury, Joshua, Ortiz, Ruiz, Parker, Zhang, etc?
Not my fight.
I simply use Wilder; with the most wins, most knockouts, most title defenses of any top heavyweight of this era; as a focal point for my contention, that these are the world's top athletes; and that lesser individuals like daggum and Pac=Duran are not worthy to disparage his accomplishments.
Very straightforward.
Listen bub I an ranked the number 5 poster compared to the number 100 poster! That makes me a phenomena!!! I am thinking of starting my own alphabet group, charging some sanctioning fees and calling me self a chump... I mean a champ! Daggum is ranked number 3 but in a fictional dust up with the number 2 poster I would do better!!!
Guys like stiverne are not as good as Parker or Dubois. You are calling me a fan? You are saying I'm not objective? Projection. Parker literally has 3 top 5 wins. Stiverene 0. You are the fan if you think that's the same level. You want to know why no wilder opponent went on to do great things after losing to Wilder? It's because they weren't good. Parker and Dubois did great things because they were.
Also wilder knocked down 1 one of the 2 best heavyweights? That's nice he still lost and joshua kod Klitschko when he was ranked 1. A little better
ANTHONY JOSHUA VS. WLADIMIR KLITSCHKO
Date: April 29
Location: Wembley Stadium, London
Division: Heavyweights (for Joshua’s IBF and vacant WBA titles)
RING Ratings: Klitschko No. 1; Joshua No. 5
Look at your vocabulary: "Top wins" "Rankings" "Great things" These are all weak descriptive terms with no real gravitas. And then we get the Joshua baloney. No Klit was aged and had been in a real tough fight with the Gypsy King before... and Joshua almost went down for the fight, not a dominant win by any stretch. But there we go again because: Klit was "Ranked" right? lol.
Real descriptors of ability are specific and objective, not relative measures that can be compared by individuals with no knowledge or understanding of the sport... These real measures are often not black and white, and defy easy comparable terms that are for simpletons like you. Once again we have a post with relative measures and Joshua... Just as I have claimed throughout is your way. Change it up... you been here a minute lol, never too late to learn a few things.
You have pointed... And been exposed for pointing off into space because your sense of skill is all tied up with Joshua's relative performance and with relative measures that are not objective. You take two pigs and put lipstick on one of them and claim one is better than the other... you ful! People like you are blind. Chris Areola threw more punches in his fight with Ruiz, yet fuls like you call him old... Ortiz was undefeated until he fought Wilder yet you claim his record, which was not any different from the rest of the pack, made him a weak opponent. Wilder knocked down one of the two best heavyweights, did Joshua manage that? Usyk who has no axe to grind stated unequivocally that Fury was a much harder fight for him than Joshua.
And now that Parker and Dubois have hit their stride you want to forget their losses to the same level of competition. Your silly argument boils down to: "well Wilder did not fight Joshua, so he fought substandard competition. If you look at fighters like Stiverne, martin, etc and compare their entire career to fighters like Dubois and parker they are not in a different class regarding ability. Parker has hit a peak and Dubois also has hit a stride, after losing to the same class of fighters... The proof being: NONE OF THESE GUYS has been able to defeat one of the top dogs! Facts! Wilder came closest... Dubois gets some credit, but assuming that shot was not called low, we do not know if Usyk would have gotten up, or not. Just stop it ful!:pat::lol1:

what should they be advised of? that we think wilder was a hype job? i think if they look at his resume they will be advised of that.
oh wow you are everywhere in boxing. a true insider...yet you think wilder was an amazing fighter? maybe you are a little too close to things if you really think that. maybe you are a little too close to criticize. the average joe boxing fan is what fueled and enabled wilders rise to the "top" after knocking over a string of tomato cans. wilder should be thanking them for being so ignorant. im just not ignorant. he wasnt very good. you keep saying how amazing and great he was but your claims need evidence, and you have none. i can point to his mediocre resume and his pitiful knockout ratio against ranked fighters to show he wasnt very good when it comes to world level boxing. yeah hes better than charlie zelenoff and he proved that, well done. too bad he didnt do it against legit guys

nah this same guy has written worse posts about how great wilder is, which is all in service of hyping up fury. just ask him about resumes and he will say look at how many title defenses wilder has! then when you tell them only 1 was against a top 10 fighter he will make up something else etc...etc...
We are all too familiar with your notions of top ten and ranking lol. They make no sense. Wilder had Fury down multiple times, Fury is either the best, or second best heavyweight right now. And anyone with eyes could see that Wilder has been sub par against Parker and Zhang. Zhang who cannot even fight an entire match if he throws more than a few punches a round.
wilder has a 25% ko ratio against top 10 opposition.
that draw should have been a fury win.

More crap from the purveyor of a ton of it. That is just patently false. Top 10 opposition? Lol your really going off the reservation now...
To daggum and Pac=Duran......
Other posters should be advised about you clowns.
Those of us at the Ring, Boxing Illustrated, ESPN, the BWAA, the IBHOF and the IBRO have, for many many years, chuckled about how dull witted the average boxing fan is; and the last few posts exhibit why that is.
If boxing is as easy as they think; why are they still doing their 5 figure job that an orangutan could be trained to do?
Put on the gloves, girls.
Show us.
Hope that's a snooty enough response to the students.

Fighters who are "Frauds" and know that they just can't cut it in the big leagues; all choose MMA or Kickboxing careers; and limit their income potential and opponent quality, in exchange for more open rules under which to win a fight.
Boxers are never frauds. They are giving themselves a shot at the Big Money, using Big self belief; even those who just serve as opponents.
But top 10 ranking guys being called "frauds"???? You've got the wrong sport, skippy.
elizabeth holmes made billions of dollars. she was a fraud. you can have money and still be a fraud. wilder has a lot of money. he was a fraud. he was a mediocre fighter who was handled with kid gloves in order to make that money. now boxing is more at fault than wilder or pbc, they were just the con artists who took advantage of this unregulated space but that doesnt mean we have to like it
To daggum and Pac=Duran......

You're the fraud.
Wilder, one of the hardest punching humans to ever walk the earth, fought an historic draw with Fury to cap off his stellar championship career, and he might well have scored a knockout in that war. Those two giants co- dominated one of the best heavyweight eras in history.
Usyk only entered the era as it was ending.
Joshua?? Parker?? Don't be foolish.
Wilders losses came at the very end of his career. Not so for the other two.
That is how history reads.

Yeah after big head haney and his extreme weight cuts and excessive hugging that should be DQ'd in many fights I don't want to hear his complaints, fact is he had no defense and got man handled and steam rolled by crying ryan. If haney had a jaw defense and power he would beat Ryan no matter 3 pounds
You do realize Ryan Garcia took PEDs right?
Yet?
He’s 35 years old and has been a pro for over 10 years…
He's a 35 yo prospect. Give him time :)
Same with Tank, he just needs a few dozen more air conditioner repair men and landscape gardeners and he will be ready forna step up.
No one's myth has surpassed Mike's
Never will
Baddest bumbeater that ever was.
They tried to pull the same thing with Beyonce but the standard of bum thet chose was too low. Can't get over how poor his first 40 fights were lol
and the target audience just ate it up
What makes you say that? He's pretty fun to watch fight and funny/well-spoken in interviews as well. I think he was just overhyped when he was younger and pre-Saunders/Groves. He's settled in as an entertainer who just hasn't fought the top fighters yet.
Yet?
