Ummm, very very poor areas where boxing is highly loved. Produce the best. The Westernized world produces useless, lazy, entitled boxers and wives for that matter. i suppose if u are sitting in a office all day at a computer your children are hardly likely to turn out to be hard determined boxers but at the end of the day people are people too and it may take many generations to see 'changes' to this type of stuff, or maybe not, experts might have some ideas on it i suppose its not that long ago that pretty much all countries were poor and struggling i think
