Would Tank vs Teo at catchweight be a good fight

Teo flat out sucks. He looked good at 135 when he was hungry. The Lomo fight made people think hes great but Loma had a crazy shoulder surgery the following day and still won every round the 2nd half of the fight when he finally started fighting. Teo looked good against Taylor because Taylor declined and was washed. The Taylor who beat Regis woulda washed Teo. This fight should get made. Tank will knockout Teo
