Schooled is giving up no more than 2 rounds and on top that more importantly, it's when you land your offense and the opponent does not land theirs. Fighters have won shut outs being overly defensive but not mounting any real offense. To be schooled you have to have inflicted some offense or damage. Calzaghe and Lacy is the quintessential example.
