That's what I've been wondering about. If Tank can't be made, there's still Isaac Cruz, Valenzuela, Romero, Puello, Russell, De Los Santos might also move up soon.

PBC could have made Haney vs Davis long time ago as soon as Devin became a free agent. I remember Hearn actually made an announcement about Haney's free agency basically saying, "You can have him.
