So what's the answer?
Barrios and Stanionis just fought recently and they're with PBC. Who else is there available for Boots to fight in Philly?
Jaron Ennis had loitered around the PBC premises for years and never wanted to leave. He just couldn't get those fights for some reason. So why would anyone expect Boots to be able to secure those fights now that he's out of the PBC area?
Barrios? If he was a trash opponent for Tank at 135, how can he be a worthy opponent for Boots at 147?
Only reason it was trash was the bs stipulation. He's at 147. Bootsy has no problem fighting w/o stipulations
I'm saying Norman's not even interested or looking his way. Email ennis needs to move up
Not yet, he has to defend the email belt first against a top opponent, prove the doubters wrong before going up to 154
That bum named everyone but booty ennis. AA fighters are the biggest ducks
He's a decent fighter, a little chinny, but who else is there besides Norman? Booty fighting Crawford's leftovers.
Couldn't care less about rankings, if you ask me.
Ennis rise himself is solely based on eye test.
So why not match him up against someone with the same criteria?
I remember seeing reports that Giyasov was heavily floated & I believe it was Michael Benson who said it was almost a done deal. (Later deleted the tweet)
That would’ve been cool imo, but doubt they could’ve gotten a significantly better late replacement opponent than Ava tbh.
Think Gollaz Valenzuela was mentioned quite a bit too, but he’s a 140er
It's already announced that he's fighting Avanesyan
This is addressed to those who think this is a mismatched fight with Avanesyan being a huge underdog.
