Why didn't Joshua ever throw those huge right hand bombs against Usyk like he did Ngannou?

Imo, in both fights, AJ was trying to be too cute vs Usyk. He was trying to outbox Usyk for whatever reason. A master boxer. He may have been gunshy or something. AJ doesn’t have the stamina to go all out for a KO, he can and has punched himself out. But he didn’t have the skills to outbox Usyk either. He was kind of stuck in no man’s land in those fights. So what do you do? Try to pressure and KO Usyk with big bombs, fail, punch yourself out and get KO’ed. Or try to outbox Usyk, fail, and lose a decision? What we saw was probably the best case scenario for AJ. He fought a good fight, got close losing scores on 2 scorecards, and won on another scorecard. He may have a better chance vs an older Usyk though. He won’t be fighting a prime Usyk, but he can at least claim 1 win out of 3 and argue that he won one or that they should be 1-1-1.

Parker can go 12 with Usyk and as much as anyone thinks they know what would happen. The fact is, we don't. Just like if their were to be a Parker AJ rematch. Watching their first fight from 6 years ago is to watch a talented fresh faced kid in Parker trying to beat the ref, the crowd and the judges. He never stood a chance but went 12 rounds anyway. Watching Parker now is to see a fully grown man wearing his hardearned experience like a seasoned warrior. If he were to rematch AJ now it'd be a different fight and i believe, ending. If he were to fight Usyk now, who knows. AJ on the other hand has failed both times to beat Usyk. Time to accept that there's no reason to think he can no matter what he does. He's a far diminished fighter than he was 6 years ago. Make a Parker v Usyk fight to witness an unknown result. Or make AJ v Parker to see a revenge match or proven comeback. AJ v Usyk 3 is a waste of Usyk's time. If he rematches Fury and beats him again, he's not only achieved boss level and clocked the game, he's unlocked god mode with only retirement as the challenge. I feel like Joshua is very calculating with his punches and I mean he won't throw a power shot unless he feels like he has a good chance of landing and not getting countered.

He was still at a mental rebuilding stage after getting shocked by Ruiz. His confidence wasn’t all there as self doubt was still visible. The Ruiz defeat was lingering on his mind and he wasnt going to take any chances against capable southpaw with good countering ability. Ngannou was a stationary target, a novice who instilled no fear into Joshua. Plus that was against Joshua who found his stride versus Helenius and got his mojo back after knocking out Wallin.

I’m simply saying Aj’s strength is his power it’s pointless conditioning his body to match Usyk endurance because he will fail every time. If Usyk gets to 12 rounds he beats any fighter in my opinion. I have witnessed AJ fighting a conservative fight against him on 2 occasions and I’ve watched a fat 6ft 9 giant mainly fight on the back foot and nearly get knocked out. The only way to beat Usyk is to hurt him otherwise he is all over you like a rash. Yes Joshua has to go out to knock him out and risk being knocked out himself. Otherwise rounds 7 and above he will just be in survival mode getting pounded with combinations to no reply and when you have already been beat by the same man twice your mind is pretty accepting to the blows Parker can go 12 with Usyk and as much as anyone thinks they know what would happen. Well for one, Usyk wouldnt have been there if he did and then Usyk would have smacked him in his fckn mouth three or four times.

Francis is 270 pounds and slow, a sitting target, he can unload on without getting countered. That’s my point in order to stand any chance against Usyk that’s what he has to do. Now will he do that is a different matter entirely

Cos Usyk woulda slipped them and countered Joshua to the canvas like Ruiz did. Usyk countered Joshua and beat josh to the punch all night. To be honest I’ve never seen a heavyweight get hit to the face as many times as Joshua was hit by Usyk. As good as Usyk is he is not flooring Joshua and Joshua’s chin is mediocre at best

That is the only way he can beat him. He has to throw caution to the wind and let those bombs go. Even if he is reserved he will still gas out before USyk. Go all out attack for 3 rounds and just empty the tank. If he doesn’t prevail just punch Usyk in the nuts and buy an extra 4 minutes and a point reduction it will be worth it. If he has made no inroads in the first 4 rounds then he is on his own I can’t advise him further.
