Why Does No One Talk About The Lineal HW Title Anymore?
It was a big thing when Tyson Fury came from retirement. Here was the great "Lineal Champion" against the hard-hitting WBC Champion in Wilder. Fury fans couldn't shut up about how much the Lineal belt meant and the history behind it.
Now Usyk has won it - no one cares about it. It's like it doesn't exist.... People seem to worry more about the IBF belt possibly not being up for grabs in the rematch
Why?
No, I'm quite serious. You are unhinged and your hero worship of a 125 pound actor has convinced you he could beat up a 225 pound heavyweight champion boxer, despite Bruce himself saying Ali would kill him.
Bruce would be embarrassed that clowns like you have attached themselves to his legacy.
Ok junior... I'd like you to show me where I said Ali or Bruce Lee would win any fight against anyone much less me saying Lee would win a fight against a l i. See the problem here Junior? You bitter you took the belt... Show me where I said that okay? Dumbass
You trying to put words in my mouth now. It ain't going to work. Let me try to help you out here so you don't put your foot farther up your cornhole okay? The only things I've ever cited about Lee come from the people who knew him. That's a clue lol. I never waged an opinion about whether I admire him or not, whether he would win any particular fight against any particular individual, etc.
Son I know the wood sh Ed isn't pleasant but it's for your own good.:lol1:

He trolls in his videos making him a troll. Not all his videos, but he cuks for views. This includes women's self-defense among other things and lately as a lot of trolls are doing talking about arts and people they have limited understanding about. Facts Ramsey never met Bruce Lee and I doubt he ever worked with the student of Bruce Lee's.
I never even claimed to be a fan of Bruce Lee. I admire his contributions, not really a fan though. You so caught up when you're ignorance because you got spanked lol.
I don't care about compliments or criticisms but when people spew ****** uninformed comments it's ridiculous and you my friend are an example of that.
My information about Lee comes from the people who have interacted with him, his students, fighters, and people in the movie community who dealt with stuntmen etc. Your information comes from idiots who just have an opinion are not even martial artists or martial artists ****ing for views who have never met Bruce Lee. Or have never met any of his students were got on the mat with any of his students.
Face it you don't know s*** about Bruce Lee. Have you ever met any of his students? Trained with them? I have. Do you know of the Sterling reputation of those who hold him in high regard? People like Dan Insanto? No. Or Paul Vunik considered to be a trainer for many elite military members?
You don't know s*** lol. Just like Queenie lol. And let's deal with the Allie quote. if you would take the time to look at it careful you would notice he's talking about the advantages in martial artist has because of the use of kicks and other techniques outside boxing. That's his opinion. Not mine, not Lee's, keep in mind he trained with martial artists a lot. So just stop being an ignorant individual stay in your lane.
You are absolutely, 100% deranged and should seek out therapy.
Ramsey Dewey isn't a troll. Ramsey Dewey fought professionally in MMA, muay thai, Sanda, K1 rules kickboxing, and American rules kickboxing. He has black belts in judo, kyokushin, shotokan karate, and taekwondo. He has a brown belt in brazilian jiu-jitsu. He also trains in boxing, freestyle wrestling, catch wrestling, and tai chi and has explored countless other styles. He currently runs an MMA and kickboxing gym and works or has worked as a referee, judge, play by play man, color commentator, ring announcer, cornerman, cutman, and coach. He has done literally every job in martial arts.
Bruce Lee cult members like you call him a troll because he's willing to tell the truth about Bruce Lee: that he was a great actor, a great dude, an honest martial artist, and that's it. He wasn't superhuman, he couldn't beat up professional fighters, and he never claimed to be able to. He himself said Ali would kill him in a real fight, and he himself said that someone with 1 year of boxing and wrestling training would beat a lifelong martial artist who didn't spar or compete. Bruce didn't start sparring until he learned his wing chun wasn't good after his fight with Wong Jack Man, and that was a few years before his death. And during that time he was also raising a family, making movies full time, writing, and travelling the world.
Bruce deserves credit for being the most famous guy in his era to figure out that you have to spar, and mix striking and grappling, and be a good athlete. His movies and his ability to spread those ideas were hugely influential in martial arts and he inspired countless people to become fighters, and even trained some himself. That's a great legacy, and he doesn't need delusional clowns like you claiming he could beat up world champion fighters twice his size. And he didn't invent these concepts, either. He learned them from his friends like Chuck Norris, Joe Lewis, and Gene LeBell; all practical martial artists who become close with Bruce and became famous because of that association.

What did you think about Fury's PED ban? Should he have been stripped of the Lineal belt then??
Also the fact that he ran away from the contracted rematch against Wlad has to go against him?
Usyk "Stripped" Fury of the linial Championship using the only way possible.
Some of us do talk of it, quite a bit.

Says the idiot that finds one of the biggest trolls on Youtube to confirm something about Lee, when his contemporaries all speak a different tune... The same idiot that got son owned? he had to pipe up some off cuff remark (that was ignored) about Ali versus Lee... Errr nobody was talking about such a thing, minor detail!
Proceed idiot you and queny are my amusement for the time being.:lol1::lol1:
blah blah blah blah blah... Lee was small wa wa... Lee could not box in a ring blah blah blah... Please sing sing sing!

You're a delusional idiot. There's no other way to put it than that. Bruce Lee was a 125 pound rich kid who didn't start learning how to fight for real until a few years before he died, and before he died he suffered a debilitating back injury from lifting weights with bad form.
Literally any decent boxer, kickboxer, mixed martial artist, judoka, jiu-jitsu practitioner, or wrestler over 140 pounds would absolutely destroy Bruce in a fight. Learn the difference between movies and real life.

The same idiot that got so owned? he had to pipe up some off cuff remark (that was ignored) about Ali versus Lee... Errr nobody was talking about such a thing, minor detail! But man!! Now we all can speculate about Lee and Ali in a boxing match, as if anyone would like to? Ali, who studied martial arts felt that the advantage of kicks was significant for a real encounter... HIS WORDS!!! idiot. don't like it? take it up with him.

No your much more a fabulist than any Beat Queenie! Your alcohol dementia is entertaining... Tell us again about Valuev:nana: and how Cooney really beat Holmes but for his problem not facing Weaver youb idiot!!:lol1::lol1:

Not my list, any more than British sovereigns, popes, etc.
You're silly.
Not your list yet you tout it as an unassailably accurate lineage of champions (and demigods) going back thousands of years because you found it on the interwebs. Aside from the fact that you've clearly got some time gaps in that lineage, your list suggests that all of those guys actually fought each other when many did not (most recently, Klitschko did not fight Lewis, and so on and so forth). As we've discussed there is no lineal champion in any division of boxing, or at least that lineage is not anywhere near as long as advertised. I assume your posts are tongue in cheek, so I suppose you're right, it really is a bit silly of me to engage on this.
Like so many things in life: the Lineal seems designed to be viewed through the perspective of ignorance, and naturally people then equate the title with these perverted views.
So for example, the concept of "Intelligent Design" which, prior, to when it was used as a foil for scientific understanding, was originally the notion of how a system, as a whole was purposeful and complete... became a sign post for religious fundamentalism. Or even Eugenics! Which originally was to be a way for human beings to control for diseases, but alas became a way for racists to claim illogical notions of "purity."
Would it suprise anyone to know that the lineal is one of the most logical, useful, elegant ways to designate a champion in boxing? It is flexible, no alphabet soup can control it... It is for the people at all times, and it has the most meaning precisely because of these attributes. A champion, the people's champion, is the man who beats the best. Period. In times when someone retires, or there is some question of more than one best, there may be more than one until this resolves, but it always does resolve, all by itself! If I claim the lineal and retire, at a certain point I lose the title. Simple... If someone claims to beat the best, and another likewise, they can fight each other... Which means there is almost always a lineal champ!
What confuses people is that the lineal is pure. It is not designed to be manipulated by any sanctioning body, or otherwise. It may take a few years but it always resolves IF the sport is functioning properly and the best are fighting the best. The people designate the lineal... not Tyson Fury, not any agenda driven organization, etc. In the eyes of the people reside the man who licked the best and is now their champion... Simple and elegant!

This makes no sense. A true lineal championship status cannot be revoked by an organization. If you are the man to beat the former man, you are the man. That's how it works. No politics needed.
Good luck... It just goes over heads like an airplane. Because people abuse the concept in their pinheads, it must mean the concept is lacking. When in fact, the lineal concept is logical, clear, self arbitrating, above the petty politics that plague fight sports, and Universal! Any culture understands the concept!
If one were to travel the world, going to Zulu stick fighting tournaments, all manner of fight sports with formal guidelines, and everything in between... and then enter a time machine, and see jousting, Greek Olympics, etc... Only one concept for explicating a champion would universally make sense and that would be the lineal.
Outside of diehards, yes. You know Stephen A and the rest of the casual faces at ESPN that constantly used it had no idea.
Always felt like they were trying to make Fury the man because he was with TR and only had one belt while AJ and then Usyk had the other 3.

A new lineage has just been established, neither wlad or fury were ever lineal. If the man who beat the man has retired, a new lineage can only be established by becoming undisputed hence why Wlad was never the lineal champ therefore fury wasn’t either.
Usyk has achieved everything and should retire as the lineal undisputed champ.
Not the historic "rules", but you can make your own without collapsing civilization.
