Always liked Usyk. Always took the best available competition. Fury is an annoying PED cheat and I hope he loses. His dad should face some charges from earlier today too. Fuck that family.
Aww someone is all up in their feelings haha, it’s just a boxing fight, whoever wins or loses they are both warriors who should be respected for getting into the ring and finally giving us an undisputed heavyweight champion.
Age isn't a factor? Being 37 years old when your game is built on speed and reflexes is not a factor?
Sorry, Usky best is behind him. In boxing has ever been a fighter at his best at age 37? If I'm mistaken please point out that fighter that was at his at age 37. I do not think you can.
Still I do think Usyk will win.
Low professional mileage on the odometer. Would you rather see a 27 year old Usyk trying to keep Fury off him?
Its excuse preparation.
Maybe Usyk won't need it.
Fury does NOT want this fight to drag into the late rounds. He'll be doing everything possible to knock Usyk out early.
If that fails, expect him to use dirty tactics. Wrestling, elbows, headbutts, whatever it takes. I'm sure he'd rather lose on DQ than lose on points.
Boxing is a pure corruption and it is hardly even called a sport.
You pick your opponents by yourself. ( lol)
There is no clear scoring, judges score by their subjective impression.
There are many "world champions" in divisions.
It is more a show than a sport.
It is more of a fight than a game.
Do you think that 115-113 was a fair scorecard for Bivol v Canelo? Do you think it was fine that Salido hit Loma with dozens of low blows without getting called on it? That Rolly was handed a victory by Tony Weeks that he clearly didn't deserve? If the smaller fighter who likely needs a points victory doesn't get fair officiating, it's not a fair fight. When one fighter needs to dominate to win, and the other fighter is up on the cards before the fight begins, you don't think that's worth mentioning? What if Fury clearly loses a competitive fight, but still gets the decision? Oh well, boxing is corrupt, and it was never meant to be?

A clear choice and a bold prediction. I commend your putting you top 5% boxing knowledge claim on the line.
The age thing, shouldn't be a factor. Amateur fights are short and he doesn’t have many pro fights behind him.
No need to start lining up excuses for Usyk.
Fury is getting the very best of Oleksandr Usyk here.
If that's not enough to get the job done next week, it never would have been.

From what I know about boxing which is more than 95% of the fans, Fury is an over rated con artists who lack defense, cheats, and had fought a bunch of old men, fat men, and fridges contender types.
Usky, unless father time has taken away 20% or more of what he last was vs AJ will beat Fury rather easily.
8 rounds to 4 is my call for Usky on the score cards, which better have good judging and a fair ref.
Stamina will be a key factor in this fight if it goes past 8 rounds. I do not think Fury can clinch his way out of the action. He has to catch Usyk first who has stamina to operate at near 100% in the later rounds and he is not fool to clinch Fury. He has the footwork and speed edge to control the distance.

my predictions have been absolutely horrific recently so bet on the other guy but i think usyk is going to win this surprisingly easy...
That makes two of us on both counts (horrible predictions and thinking Usyk makes it look easy).
The ref is going to let Fury hold and hang all over the shorter, lighter Usyk for extended periods. I'm rooting for Usyk, but how is he gonna' deal with that? It's gonna look like Wlad vs Povetkin.
So if Fury beats Usyk fair and square, you think it might be father time that beat Usyk? Maybe. Thats why id like Fury to beat Josh too. Then Fury really mightve been as good as Manny Steward predicted.
It could be that if Fury beats Usyk fair and square and it isn't father time related that Fury was just the good big man beating the good smaller man.
That said, I think Usyk is overall the better technical boxer when it comes to pure boxing. If Usyk has zero stamina issues, I think his movement might annoy Fury a bit. I think, more so, I'm curious how Fury handles the southpaw movement and how well he takes the punches Usyk lands. I know he's not a big hitter at heavyweight, but he keeps fighters honest as AJ found out.
A few more days to go.
It's better for boxing if Usyk wins. I think he can be counted on to defend the championship until he gets beaten or retires (for real). Fury with his history of inactivity, mental health problems, addiction, bouncing in and out of shape, PED test failure, and multiple "retirements" is just too much of a pain in the ass. He might vacate all his belts, he might pop for PEDs again, he might go on a bender, he might go MIA for two years, you just don't know. And I'm tired of it. And tired of his poor opposition. I'm willing to put up with a lot to watch him fight Wilder, Usyk, and Klitschko but when I'm watching him fight Chisora, Whyte, or Ngannou I have much less forgiveness.
They are both pretty much done. They will likely fight each other twice and retire.

I'll root for Fury because he's a Brit and i was a big fan of the younger Tyson Fury.
Saying that, i won't be upset if Usyk wins, he's a good bloke.
Fury is going to get absolutely battered mate.
Yeah he's gonna win huh? Dude's taking this one seriously.
From his physique in the recent videos i've seen Fury looks in Good shape and locked in mentally.
I'm riding with Tyson on this one.
