he will, against Ryan!!! you see what happened with haney = no power..... you see what happened with tank = power.
Loma has enough power for Ry, he can put them together one after another. Haney is all about the defensive.
Loma doesn’t need power against one that is there to be hit, instead of guys going in there that do everything in their power to make it an anti-fight. Which was Lopez and Hanes.

Teo coming in with the only thing he has which is 20lbs and his gameplan to make it as ugly as possible. No thanks. When he tried to fight like a normal boxer in he later rounds he got his ears boxed off. Mentally Loma was the winner.
Lol oh boy.
I don't go off comp box I know what I'm watching Teo was the active fighter who let his hands go more and pressed the fight the majority of the time.

Look at the compbox there were barely punches thrown or hit clean for that matter in all the rounds that Teo 'won'.

Lol bro he didn't "nick" rds he won them clearly and effortlessly.
Loma was the one who edged 2 maybe 3 rds that's it.

At the times it mattered Lopez was the one getting schooled when he attempted to open up. Sure Lopez nicked some rounds in with that Mayweather Imitation defence that he could pull off because of that 20lbs but it was hardly a schooiling

Hahaaha Hold on how in the world did Teo fight like a "loser" when it was Loma who fought exactly like a loser doing very little to nothing in that fight. Lol
Just remember Teo was the inexperienced young pup yet he completely schooled Loma plain n simple. Honestly bro no need to make stuff up we all know what happened and Loma did nothing in that fight.
Sorry but those are the facts.

You are acting like Teo impressed ? All he had was 20 lbs on Loma and did everything in his power to make the fight as ugly as possible, fought like a loser.

Are you serious or just trolling Loma literally did squat the first 8-9 rds he was scared to let go any non biased poster would tell you that. Loma started letting go towards the end but at that point it was too late Teo banked most of the rds just being more active while Loma did very little. It was one of the easiest fights for Teo to be honest and that was all on Loma being reserved.
Loma was intimidated by young gun that night that was very clear to see.

Loma was the better man all around during the exchanges still, with the injured shoulder. Teo got all the early rounds assigned based on what ? Anti fighting ?Garcia has his own ghost division between 140 and 147 , let him first make the weight.

Lol Loma was shelled up and scared to death of a 22 yr old Teo just imagine how reserved he'll be against a faster harder hitter bigger guy in Ryan.

I got respect for Loma but let's not act like he's a hard puncher.

Who Wins the fight?
Really bad matchup for Garcia. Here's the difference. On a technical level Haney reacts, so superior speed that is God-given, had him flumaxed.
Loma respondes, he anticipates, he sets up to avoid big punches. Ryan won't be able to hit him. Loma is also a lot tougher physically than people think. Being the small fighter would not be such a disadvantage for him.
Ryan moves fairly well and that a weight that Ryan is comfortable with it's a different story. But at any 140 ish catch weight I think Loma wins.
