I saw one of his "Drunk live streams" this morning (I didn't watch most of the build up) and like...I may be 7 years sober, but he didn't seem actually drunk to me lol
Still what a performance lol
I still think he’s a couple of nuggets short of a six pack
This guy , if faking it pulled the heist of a lifetime
And I’ve seen many guys faking it until they made it and never quite a performance like this
Where there’s a little good , there’s always a little bad
Meaning some of his antics gotta be truthful cause or else this guy is Brando , Pacino and DeNiro all put together
Get him a fughin Oscar

Personally, once I saw the videos that Ryan had hired a ****ing orchestra in his lockerroom I almost put money on Ryan to win. I don't know why, but those videos (mainly the one of Mike visiting him, and one of the commentary team clowning him) made me think "He's faking this, he's going to win"

You should never make conclusive judgements from 1 fight. Prograis was 35 years old and Haney did not knock him out he just knocked him down once. That does not = incredible power. You just got carried away. You don't magically get pop in punches moving up. He pushes his punches he is not a sharp puncher and never will be.
Yeah maybe your right
That came from the fact that Haney rehydrates to a super middleweight and I never before seen him punch as hard as he did in the Regis fight
My thinking was going onwards his power seemed to be getting stronger
I might have jumped the gun saying incredible power and agree that was most likely the wrong description for it
But in my defence , never saw even close to the power he showed in that fight
In the Prograis fight , Haney seemed to have incredible power or is it just me ?
Tonight that power was gone by the 4th round
I thought he would overpower Ryan and crow never tasted so good lol

You know who else is eating crow? The odds makers.
I personally was mostly impressed with Garcia’s great acting. He had me fooled.
It's more than that. I'm actually thinking conspiracy here. If Haney goes down for a KO, they would have lost them a fortune. So many people hedged with a Garcia ko... Just wondering if some stuff was done to try to prevent that from happening. I don't know if the three knockdown rule was in effect or not.
Be careful not to choke on the crow.
Sorry guy.
I didn't fall for the pre - fight antics.
I've watched both Ryan and Haney since they were in the Amateurs.
I knew this would be a competitive fight.
No crow to eat here.
Make sure you give Floyd credit for JMM going forward just like you’re giving Ryan, since the weight isn’t an excuse.
Ha.
Big Dunn likes his crow with extra hot sauce
Good point.
I was a fan of Floyd. But Marquez was my favorite fighter at the time.
Weight or not.
Marquez knew what he was getting into.
He accepted the money and still took the fight.
Not you. That guy is a Manny knob gobbling Floyd hater that spent years saying Floyd got no credit because of the weight yet now gives Ryan full credit despite the same thing.
That poster has absolutely no credibility or integrity whatsoever.

I enjoyed every second of Haney and his annoying old man getting dealt. I’m upset that the PBC ref robbed Ryan out of a devastating KO victory. If they do it again, Oscar better make sure that ref is nowhere near the arena. The judge that scored it a draw too!
PBC wasn’t involved with this fight.

I think your point is something to talk about. I think Haney does have power when he sits down on his punches. Think his big problem is when he goes into a mode that is too non-committal.
Part of it is the style. Safety first fighters they can get jacked by guys who pressure them into making mistakes.
Devin got scared if he sat down on his shots he would get tagged he was right lol.
Also with all this weight differential. However things were supposed to be Ryan appeared to be a lot bigger in this fight than Haney.
Yup maybe the return fire was his downfall
He fought Ryan’s fight and that was his first big mistake
