It's a simple case of money being the issue. Nothing complicated about it. Whether it's he said, she said, they said, none of that nonsense is necessary. No such thing as you can have all the facts by just scouring the current media. Who is to determine bias anyways? Only thing missing is Spence's response. Sometimes silence is just confirmation of what's being discussed. It's a forum. Everything is discussed here. Speculations, rumors, you name it. But I don't believe James was not paid. He probably expected more. Or want extra, bonus, whatever you call it.

Not a surprise to me the rift is about money. Spence also railed about paying too much on sanctioning fees in the TC press con.

I mean is it really fair for trainers to demand percentage cut based on the fighter's earnings? Don't have much info to go on, but I remember GGG parting ways with Sanchez because of the percentage disagreement when Golovkin signed with DAZN. I'm assuming Spence had the same arrangement with James as GGG/Sanchez.
