Netflix just secured the rights to WWE
Can this be a gateway to acquire other rights to the fight game
Anyone think , now that Prime got into boxing , that maybe they would consider getting attached to a promotion for boxing
Would they be successful? Take it away boys
Wasn't there about 2 million new subscriptions of the back off Tyson/Paul worldwide? I heard that on talksport (uk radio) at any rate so presumably that's verified.
So per annum if those subscribers stick to it what's that £400 plus million and that's minus all sponsorship/advertisement/whatever the f.uck?
Fairly likely that Netflix will host all major boxing fights ffh4x vip grátis shortly and especially s.hit like this.
By investing in combat sports documentaries, behind-the-scenes fighter stories, and even exploring potential live boxing and MMA broadcasts, Netflix is positioning itself to attract a new wave of sports-focused audiences.
Netflix is into getting involved with whatever brings them $$$ of course. Their business model is a subscription, a subscription that can be canceled at anytime, though like a gym membership, even if you don't watch it and forget to cancel, they're still taking your $$$. They BANK on that.
If they can get you to subscribe just to watch 1 boxing fight, perhaps the folks subscribing forget to unsubscribe. Perhaps they don't know how to cancel their membership. Sucks for them, great for Netflix.
They're hoping the IQ of the folks involved that watch these types of entertainment teste grátis xciptv just don't have the brain power to figure out how to cancel it. I know, dark thoughts, but business can be a cold dark world. IQs are down, PROFITS ARE UP.
With high-profile deals—such as streaming boxing matches and partnering with organizations like WWE for future content—the platform is testing the waters of combat sports to attract real-time viewers and reduce subscriber churn.

I don't foresee major streaming platforms in play having much to do with diminishing promoter power in the game. It'd be cool if it did but I tend to think the easist way to get into the boxing game for them would be for them to make a deal with a promoter who'd make them regular content.
That said I'd personally love to see a platform just sign popular fighters to exclusive deals, but this seems a harder road to navigate & sustain.
On the other hand, have you ever wondered how media companies also invest in quite different risk sectors. For example, how are some firms related to online gaming? For example, here's https://magyarkaszinooldalak.com/casino/vulkan-vegas/ it's an entirely different strategy, but it shows how companies are diversifying. So yes, Prime or Netflix could partner with a boxing promotion someday, but it's not guaranteed to be easy.
Streaming could shake things up, but you're right, partnering with established promoters seems the easiest path. Exclusive fighter deals would be exciting though!
I adore playing games! If you're bored of the usual gaming apps, give CopyBet a shot. It’s got a fresh vibe and a cool community feel with the leaderboard. I used my bonus bets on Champions League and got lucky with a draw. That adrenaline hit different! Try it out: copybet.biz . Got a betting strategy yet or just winging it?
Nothing like a bot answering to an old thread
lmfao
i aint watching fights on netflix and chill
that be gay af
What difference does Netflix make from say HBO
What exactly makes HBO more manly
lmfao while asking this
Theres structural problems far beyond the best fighting the best.
Too many weight divisions.
Too many belts.
Too many power brokers.
Too few trustworthy rankings.
No consistency in belt rules.
Promoters have to much power.
No PED testing/rules that make sense.
No single authority looking out for the sport above all else.
The best fighting the best don't do nothing for all these deeper problems harming the sport & making it less viable for masses of casual fans to give a fook about it on a day to day basis like they do with other sports.
Your right , way to many problems to just say the best fight the best
But we need to start somewhere
Not sure where that somewhere is
I’d say by eliminating belts would be a start
When one walks away another steps in, boxing will never die there will always be another ready to take it on, look at the Saudis, money talks, there is too much money on the table in boxing, there is no single sporting event that captures the world like a real super fight.
This is an insane deal
$500 million per year for the rights just to "Monday Night Raw"
"Smackdown" is still going to be on USA Network & "NXT" is going to the CW
If they get in the boxing game, hopefully, they can supplant the bull**** ass promoters.
Not a fan of wrestling due to it being fake. Can understand for children how its entertainment though. Hopefully boxing makes a mark on Netflix in the future and helps it become the number one sport in the world.
Honestly so many networks have dropped boxing over the last few years that it doesn't really matter at this point. They need to fix up the sport by making the best fight the best. They also need to lower puree sizes so that you can only make a lot of money when you fight the best. Until that formula changes it doesn't matter what network puts on boxing
Don’t hold your breath

Anyone paying attention could see there was live sports in play with the major streaming platforms coming. So off course there is potential that Netflix gets boxing at some future date.
Exactly this
I think it would attract many fans or casuals to the sport
How does securing rights to some entertainment brand with bad acting means "getting into the fight game"? Do you even know how to read?
SMFH you poor sap

Crazy chit
I couldn’t believe it ti saw the numbers
