If this is any kind of accurate he's close to top five but not quite there yet:
The 50 Richest Boxers in the World (2024) | Wealthy Gorilla
They have him at 80, plus this 50, is 130 mil.
They got SRL at 120 and 7th richest
Lennox takes 6th place with 140
I'd guess he's someplace around there. The new 7th if this list is accurate, if it's not he's probably close to it.
90 mil for Wlad seems a little sad. :( That dude's career was way, way longer than AJ's is and he'd defended his titles way more. Only pulled 90 mil that whole time? Probably should have fought some vols against some names. Then again, he's probably one of the richest Ukrainians so he's probably happy with it.
I wouldnt place any truth in some random guys list.
- - What, Francis making 4x what he got vs Blubber who made about $20mil?
Way to go Francis, you already made more than 99% of the fighters currently boxing thanks to your kicking of Blubber who is now struggling to make the scratch line this February vs Usyk who made him syck to his Blubber...:hitit:
its an interesting fight and both getting paid very well
the saudi gold dust is being sprinkled on golf, boxing, football, F1 maybe tennis soon, its kinda mad but great if u are a top pro in certain sports
It doesnt really say much about the state of boxing in terms of its actual popularity as a spectator sport tbh. Its just the norm due to boxings established business model to have to spend ridiculous money to get fights made, even ones that arent that great, the fighters are mercenaries. The UFC could put on a whole 12 fight card that would draw similar numbers to this for less than half of what AJ and Ngannou alone are getting paid.
Your definitely right but no mma fighter is coming even close to making 50 in two fights
Ffs the guy is 0-1 lol
Yup , got that right
But hey , boxing is dead lol

Pretty much West Africa and Europe vs those who have a TV in China (that's the 'he's ducking big bang' fans). Saudis have to recoup some of their money folks. AJ is going to starch him but he is a big, durable guy, so he is going to take an entertaining and legendary beating.
Imagine being an established contender and seeing a guy who is 0 and 1 making 20 million.
Guys like Zhang and Hrgovic only have themselves to blame for their own obscurity.
They turn pro and wait 10 years to fight anyone with a name.
Joshua has made more money in his career BEFORE this fight than Wladamir klitschko made in his entire career.
Whatever you say about Eddie hearn he has gotten AJ paid.
2 to 500000$ for a ufc fight compared to 8 digits
Never would he make that in mma
Yeah, $30 million in his first two boxing matches? He wouldn't have made that in 10 UFC fights.
