Anthony Joshua looked great!!! I want to see Joshua fight Fury or Ngannou!!!
I'm with you actually.
That Ngannou fight is interesting.
Everyone is quick to say Fury was s.hit but at some point you have to acknowledge what your eyes are telling you.
Ngannou is an incredibly strong and robust man who is a world class athlete and can punch.
Yep, And that's exactly what cost AJ in the first Ruiz fight, as well as both Usyk fights. HW's with a lot speed are always going to present problems for him.
I like AJ but I do think some people have always really been too critical of him like they expect him to be an ATG heavyweight while simulateously hoping he'll get wrecked. He gets torn apart on everything from technique to his psyche.
AJ is clearly very good.
Not that's what I'm saying your doing but even if you look at the hot streaking AJ - he got really hurt by Whyte and nearly stopped by Klitschko.
He's a top heavyweight who is beatable by other top heavies on the night.
If AJ could stopped by Hrgovic we'd be hearing about how sh.it he is again
This might even be the best version we've seen of him. Truthfully tho, I think the version that showed up in the second fight against Usyk was the best. Robert Garcia really did get the best out of him. Usyk is just that good.
AJ showed a lot of diversity in this fight, changing levels, working the body, staying on balance, and keeping Wallin off balance with his variety. He fought very well.
A few of us have been saying this. Some fighters evolve... post Ruiz that's what Joshua has been doing. Tonight you saw it come together. That was beautiful and brutal. I was pleased they pulled Wallin. He was so far away from Joshua that it felt cruel.
Usyk is a different prospect and came too soon, if there would ever be a right time. But some of the guys that get talked about are just levels below Anthony Joshua.
Both of them don't have much head movement though.

Yes, got rid of 2 consecutive shit trainers, and found the right one now. wasn't hesitant and went for his shots even though Wallin is a decent mover. Both of them don't have much head movement though.
