Dunno, Prograis struggled with power puncher that fought in the back foot but took over in a boring bout due to Zorilla's inactivity and Haney won controversially in a very competitive bout against a declining Lomachenko whose a natural featherweight. Only correlation I see is that Haney struggles with southpaws, Prograis is also a big puncher and not really that much smaller than Haney, so it might be difficult to deter Regis without his refined jab and lack of pop, but then again Zorilla managed to do it and his caliber is comparable to Arnold Barboza Jr whose not really that proven unlike Devin.
I go with Devin in a competitive bout, he might get dropped in this bout though.
Levels to the game... 140 is the illa killa division... the bangers start to bang at this weight... Prograis is Haney's biggest test. I think Prograis is a lot better than many people think, I think whether the judges give it to Haney, or not, Prograis wins it. Haney might be able to avoid him, but sooner or later he will taste real power.
