This fight needs to happen next year. Get it over with. This is the only fight the media is interested in covering.

I don't see the Spence vs Crawford rematch happening. Seems the media don't GAF about that fight. Might as well promote the Crawford vs Alvarez fight with the hope of getting things moving as early as now. Let's see how the media can influence the negotiations to start rolling. It's not happening. Canelo is very legacy aware and he knows how this would look, especially on the heels of the Jermell fight.

I don't even think Crawford is serious about Canelo. He'll demand $100 mil in that fight. The media is obsessed by it, and so what is Bud supposed to say when he's asked? Say no?

I'd prefer not. But I'd rather Crawford get the payday than Munguía... If either of those fights happens and he doesn't fight Benavidez next year though, I'm on the "he's a duck" train. The only fights I'd take in place of Benavidez are Bivol or Beterbiev, who also need to fight.

i dont think TC is really serious about a match up with canelo.. i think he's just throwing nelo name out there. That's the problem with Youtubers. They don't give a hoot about anything other than insist on their fantasies; they don't care about weight issues, existence of weight classes, aren't even sure if Crawford is amenable to the fight, etc. They already assume he wants the fight without even asking him. They're like little tiny kids who want their toys ASAP.

I'm hoping we DON'T see Canelo fighting Crawford or Munguía.

I really hope not. Crawford hasn't even fought at 154 yet. Would love to see him in with Tszyu or Charlo though but unfortunately we'll probably get the Spence rematch.
