espinoza is just the president of showtime sports...not showtime the network. i doubt the CEO of showtime even has much say since showtime is a subsidary of paramount which is a subsidary of national amusement inc.
espinoza is nowhere near the top of the food chain.
I understand. Boxing is Espinoza's department. And he's useless when it comes to what fights are fed to his fighter Boots. I see.
I don't understand. Isn't Boots signed with Showtime, the proverbial mother giving milk to PBC fighters?
Are you saying Espinoza has no say at all when it comes to what he wants to happen in his network?
Is he forever a yes man to Haymon?

What I probably meant was if Boots can't get fights from this PBC island, why not look somewhere else? Why waste time hoping?
That's why the title of the thread seems silly. Boots has to sign with both Showtime and PBC to get fights! What a ridiculous situation.
Yeah, we need clear and sensible answers to this. It's never been explained fully.

I don't even get it. When they say PBC they interchangeably meant Showtime and vise versa. As if there are TR, GBP, Matchroom guys that are able to infiltrate this SHO/PBC close-knit collaboration.

That's been the case. At least that's what PBC fans themselves have been saying. The Showtime boss just don't have any power pitting his guy Boots against any of the PBC guys.
