Is it on -
1. Drug Free Sport for taking 9 days to test her sample & not getting back sooner thus allowing her to fight. Thus leaving the loophole that there could be some tampering or contamination with her samples.
2. Eddie Hearn for using Drug Free Sports for testing instead of VADA, thus sabotaging her chances for signing with MVP promotions (Jake Paul)
3. Baumgardner for pissing hot for two banned substances.
It has to be Alycia and team's fault. Though I don't believe they're giving her anything without her being aware of what she's taking. Imagine something they gave her leads her into the hospital and she just learns about it. Not only would her nutritionist be fired, he/she could be sued for everything he/she has. Too much of a risk. The nutritionist would of had to get Alycia's consent and if anything, acted like it was no big deal, everybody takes it and nobody gets caught type of speech.
It's funny, I was rewatching the Margarito plastor in his gloves investigation yesterday on Youtube. They showed a clip of Pacquiao laughing when Margarito claims he wouldn't have had a clue that his trainer put anything in the hand wraps. As though Margarito had his face turned in another direction when the trainer was placing a brick in between. Like, how dumb do you take your audience for to believe that idea?
This somewhat applied to Alycia if she wants anyone to believe that she had no clue what she was putting in her body despite knowing she's performing at a new level and her body's appearance changed significantly enough.
It's on her and her team, they didn't time her cycles correctly.
Yeah, I think this is probably the best explanation as much as I hate to say it.
That's why her other samples that she took later came back clean

Either clear her or sideline her for a year. Good fights with this girl on the table, esp Mayer 2.0 pre-fight antics.
Uhh, the fighter? They're very aware of whatever they're putting in their body. I'm sure some nutritionist might say something like, oh, don't worry, this one is safe, they can't detect it! At the end of the day, they agreed to putting it in.
So I say, f**k her.
I dont understand why drug free sport was used rather than vada, i thought all the wbc champs were enrolled in vada testing program
VADA is very expensive so most promoters (unless directed by the sanctioning body, which comes out of the fighters pocket when not in competition) use them for the big events. Drug Free Sport is use by the NFL, NCAA & MLB to name a few.
But most importantly, VADA & Drug Free Sports use the same WADA approved labs for their testing.
Like others have said, hers and her teams responsibility. At first I thought she might have a case with the seeming incompetence of drug-free sports or whatever but now it's just coming across like a convenient excuse.
It's her fault. I hope she can prove her innocence if that's the case, but at the very least she'll have to deal with the reputation of poping dirty for the rest of her life now.
You’re focusing on the 9 days when the 9 days has no relevance to the outcome of the test.
no, the OP is focused on that, asking could it be suspicious in relation to a clear test by her coming back positive 9 days later by hook or crook, a clear test on both A & B magically being contaminated by the same 2 substances 9 days later even tho there were clear in the jar and separated for those 9 days lol
You’re focusing on the 9 days when the 9 days has no relevance to the outcome of the test.
Its irrelevant, the test could take 300 days to come back or 1 day, the A and B sample results are always going to show the same finding so if A positive due to contamination then B will also be positive due to contamination.
not if they were contaminated for example when they were being opened and tested
this guy
Peter Bol of Australia wins silver in the Men's 800m Final 2023 had his B sample tested and it was a different finding to his a sample
https://www.theguardian.com/sport/2023/feb/15/peter-bol-what-does-an-atypical-doping-test-result-mean-for-the-australian-athlete
they are the same reading (if clear as the OP is suggesting) when taken, but the 9 days journey they both are magically contaminated by the 2 same substances lol
the OP is wondering something amiss is going on and the lady is the victim of bad luck or foul play

If the test results dont come back before the fight then what is the point of the testing... lmao promoters and event managers prefer this though because then they dont lose money on a cancelled event
there are unrecoverable costs on a cancelled fight fight from failed tests. That is why they have things like terms where the positive results are kept confidential ect.
yes, the schedule of tests to catch people should be well known by the professional testers, for example i presume they are tested fight week, which should come back before the fight & then close to the fight, which might be more tricky to get it turned around, then fight night itself & also post fight maybe too, urine definitely and blood if needed, not a pro here of course lol
No, both the A sample and the B sample are the same reading. So if the A is contaminated then the B will also be contaminated.
The fact that it takes 9 days to process the test in the lab is totally irrelevant.

"Drug Free Sport for taking 9 days to test her sample & not getting back sooner thus allowing her to fight. Thus leaving the loophole that there could be some tampering or contamination with her samples."
This is what OP said, her samples are taken (clear both of them) and during this 9 days they become contaminated somehow, what are the odds of both the clear A & B being contaminated by those 2 same substances?
No, both the A sample and the B sample are the same reading. So if the A is contaminated then the B will also be contaminated.
