Why is Loma ducking Shakur?

TR is going to get Loma a win over Kambosos and het a belt before he fights Shakur. Makes business sense. looking at Loma v jamaine and Loma v Haney, those were very tough fights. Shakur is better than both so most will not hive him much of a chance to win.

I think a lot of guys are not rushing into Shakur, he is in a similar place as boots, nobody willing to step in so they get marketed out of fights. very high risk and no big reward in terms of the odds favor the risk will happen and they lose, they both need to get a big fight with a top guy.
