the reality is that the majority of top athletes are using PEDs, it's just a few that are too stupid or don't have the resources/connections to beat drug tests.

He hasn't though. He passed tests for those fights that he earned millions from. By boxing's definition he was a clean athlete. He was cleared for Rivas at a hearing and then exonerated. We don't have to like that but it's true. Within the rules of the boxing board he was eligible to fight. He's popped this time and it's cost him a lot of money. I'm assuming this one isn't even a matter for the board yet, it's probably terminated based on conditions in his contract. Boxing testing isn't about who is innocent. Everyone is innocent. The rules say 'you fail the test to the levels that we establish and we won't allow you to fight'. Armstrong passed tests for every tour he won too. What’s the difference? He failed against Rivas and the fight disgracefully went ahead without Rivas being informed too. Whyte should never earn another penny from boxing and should be ordered to repay earnings too.

Armstrong got sued for successfully lying under oath in a court dispute over bonuses. The dirty world of boxing isn't touching Whyte. Sponsors might have a claim. Maybe.
