Thurman at 154. Rebuild the confidence and collect a nice pay cheque. After that fight for a likely fragmented 154 lb title and then look at the Crawford rematch up at 154- however he loses to Bud at any weight, I don’t believe the fight plays out any differently.
Thurman beats Spence. Even the broken Thurman of today.

damn just like that? huh? that was a bad beating last night....i cant argue that
Yep, that was a Chavez Sr. - Meldrick Taylor level, bone crushing, career changing beat down.
Spence gotta run it back. It's the biggest payday available.
No need to fight abybody else for less money. If he gotta take another beating. At least it's lucrative
Teo, Boots, Ortiz, Teo, Taylor, Tszyu. Even Benn if he fancies an easier one.
But he shouldn't rebuild completely, he should go for a big name.
I'd probably advise against the rematch, but actually, f*ck it. Just do it.
Go big or go home.
He’s been so inactive but he will have to take another lapse in between fights to recover. Come back at 154 and maybe go after a title if Charlo vacates the belts.
Spence-Thurman at 154 doesnât sound too bad now if Keith beats Ugas.
I agree i like that fight now......

Forget about the rematch. Move up to 154, get your confidence back and stay focus and maybe if Crawford is still around, then try to run it back. Right now, he’s not in the right mental state to be competitive in a rematch.
Agreed .............
