it was a ****ty fight because nobody was clearly winning the rounds. Devon also had no clear game plan and was trying different things to see what sticked. His coaches wanted him to walk down loma but loma is very mobile and it’s dad hard to do. He did go to the body a lot which was good, he also held a lot less than I expected until the 2nd half. A while in the first half he tried backing up, letting loma come to him and control the distance and pick off shots, that actually worked pretty well because he kept t rex loma out of range. He was winning when he was doing that and his idiot dad yelled at him after that round told him to chase down loma and bring the fight to him.... dude it was working you idiot. His dad also kept saying Loma was “only one and done” and Devin even corrected him at one point lmao and I was shaking my head at him telling Devin “your winning!” Going into the tenth or eleventh. Thought that was stupid. I could be pitching a shutout, don’t tell me I’m ahead unless you’ve seen the goddamn cards

There is nothing left for him to do at 135, fight taylor at 140, or teofimo if he beats taylor, and call it a day. The fury vs wilder fight was definitely a win for fury, no qualms on my part about that. As for Loma; I think he should just move up. You don't win World titles by being back up all night 'And decked twice'. Wilder scored more damaged, and was for 95% of the fight 'The more aggressive and offensive fighter'. And if you want to talk about the statistic of the fight? Wilder thew over 100 more punches than Fury. Fury only out landed Wilder, by 9 punches 'But Wilder decked Fury twice, and once extremely badly'. Overall the draw was the correct decision. The fight was by no means a robbery 'Fury's performance was no masterclass' etc.

Most rational fans agree it was close even if they have Loma winning. You scored it the way you felt. Just understand that isnt good enough when Loma loses. Its either race, conspiracy, bias etc from his diehard fans. That or you hate him for various reasons. They look past what Loma did and didnt do. I'd say it was a close fight tbh. I'll hand it to loma for making it as close as he did being 35 years old, and being 2 divisions over his natural weight class. Ok, I just watched it again. But Loma wasn't landing anything either, and defense doesn't win you rounds. OFFENSE wins you rounds. That's not what the stats say. The stats say the Devin was much more efficient and Loma missed a lot more. Loma threw a lot more punches but only landed a handful more while Devin landed a clearly higher percentage. That was evident without the stats. Haney was landing his check lefts and counter rights pretty consistently. He got in trouble because too many times he allowed Loma to close the distance without paying the price and then stood in front of him without doing much because he was waiting to counter. This, the numbers don't lie. Loma was on the "defensive" for the first 6 rounds not doing much but dancing around, while Devin was putting money in the bank with those body shots. If I gave round 3 and 12 to haney, then we would be seein an 8-4 type of fight for haney.

Haney looks more one dimensional than Shakur, unless he adds more to his repertoire. Wouldn't be a walk over but I think a point or two wider than Haney's UD vs Loma just now. You have to give him points for downloading information. It's a skill that many don't have. When he's not throwing, he's downloading, and he should be rewarded points for downloading even when he is getting punched and not throwing punches. lol, it's funny how tim in the audio booth keeps jumping everytime loma gets hit, and he's like, "nah bro he's just downloading information."
