Who should Lomachenko fight in the interim, whilst waiting for a Stevenson title shot?

I think valdez would be a good fight for loma. He came off a good win last night.

He will likely get a title fight for the IBF title once Haney loses. Lemos is #1 and Loma is #2. If not that, he is #1 and Pitbull Cruz #2 in wbc rankings so maybe that fight gets made.

I dunno man. Haney doesn’t draw and doesn’t have a crowd pleasing style. If he stays to TR he goes straight to 140 I think. I just don’t think the risk/reward makes sense with Shakur, that’ll plague him his whole career too. I don’t see Tank, Teofimo, Garcia etc being in any rush to fight him either. good point cowardice seems rampant at 140lbs

Loma shouldn't get handed anymore title shots. He didn't deserve the Haney fight and he doesn't deserve a fight with Stevenson. I know he's Arum's favorite, but you can't keep letting this guy cut the line.
