Franklin was the better boxer going into that one . He lacked experience but had better fundamentals and sparred Fury in two training camps ,he wasn’t going to get a better chance at Whyte in that one but Fury said he’s lazy I saw that in his fights .
Id hold off on stating anyones slowed down in this division it’s a one fight off , two fights on most the time . Most was telling Chisora to retire a fight ago now he gets a gift win against Pulev imop now he’s great again with the Fury fans .
The forum jumps ship fight to fight ,if they were consistent it wouldn’t be a forum because they’d have more credibility all around . Lol
Lol, fair weather fans.
I've mentioned it sort of like this before. He has gotten decent wins in some tough fights which did warrant him a title shot but he has never appeared to me as someone who could best one of the major title holders.
He also seems to come in half prepared at times for some of the less recognized names.
Hs fight with Joshua was close... and he had some success.
Has one the best left hooks and great body shots that’s not an average guy . You don’t become average beating guys he’s beat ,certainly by our standards a lot in the U.S a golden gloves champion means a lot . Franklin is a better boxer then Whyte let’s get that correct but he didn’t win this fight because Whyte outworked him and like Fury said Franklin could only win by a large volume of punches but he fought on cruise control .
Whyte Also was one of the few guys who made the transition from Kickboxing/MMA to professional boxing. Sprote, who made a similar adjustment, was, at best, a competative European heavyweight for a time.
I just think he has slowed down a bit... As we all do eventually lol.
Well yeah, we tried to tell you English muffins that when you're screaming about he could beat Wilder.
Fury knocked him out with a stiff breeze
Wilder would decapitate him. :boxing:
Dillian is ok. He has shown his weakness though. So even though Whyte has some good wins, its hard to ever say he was superior to his opponents, rather just better on the night. I mean beating Jermain Franklin shows again Whyte is good, but again, in beating Franklin, whyte showed weaknesses.
That's not saying much. Wilder is his best win and I've always said that Wilder isn't good at all either he just has dynamite in his right hand.
Wilder was an elite fighter, Whyte never was.
Whyte is Tyson Furys third best win . Tysons next opponent Whyte completely knocked into next year but he came back . I’m not certain but I’d guess you go to bat for Fury ?
Let me remind the forum Whyte is Furys third best win .

He went life and death with Chisora twice and freaking Junior Fa, who just got iced by a 43 year old Lucas Browne coming off a KO loss to a rugby player.
Parker has no heart, no dog in him, no stamina, no desire to win. He simply accepts defeat.
Ya vs Dillian Whyte he just got out worked, Whyte seemed more determined
Fury was not ducking Whyte, but he was insulted by the match up and irritated by Whyte.
Whyte should of taken the opportunity engage with Fury during the build up, and disrupt his composure going into the fight.
That way Fury may have fought a more chaotic fight and made more technical mistakes. Like he did vs Wilder III.
I was disappointed in Whyte's conduct during that entire build up, after all the talk and insults directed towards Fury.
When Whyte finally come face to face with Fury, he was all matey matey. I have never been a big supporter of Whyte, most of the time neutral.
Whyte vs Joshua should be made next, no idea why Joshua needs a warm up 'Warm up in the gym, that is what preparation and training is for'.
Whyte is the warm up
Not very good despite being on PEDs for most of his career probably. Try to imagine his level had he been fighting clean this whole time...
I can't breathe

Life and death...pfffft!!! He smashed Chisora to bits in their rematch.
He'd still put AJ and Whyte out to pasture which is why they dont want any of Parker's smoke.
His last fight against Joyce was all desire, all dog, all stamina and he went out on his shield never accepting defeat until KTFO.
Parker ain't garbage. He'd disassemble Whyte and AJ if they ever grew a pair and went for a rematch.

Don't forget that the only reason he got the W against Parker is because he was awarded a knockdown on a very clear headbutt. And Parker is a straight garbage fighter too. Looked like a club fighter against Leapai, Chisora, Fa, and Joyce. Didn't even try against Joshua, got handed a hometown decision against Ruiz.

Man ReDumber said Whyte would destroy Fury and Fury was ducking him. Some other euro dude said same thing I forgot his name???

Nah.
What's sucks. You can literally see it from a boxing perspective. Just looking at his movement, you can see he's ****ing terrible.
He's another garbage british fighter propped up be Matchroom hype. Only problem now is UK is chock full of decent heavyweights now so the sham doesn't work anymore. Joyce, Dubois, Wardley all spark Whyte with ****ing ease.
Well you are not incorrect on his ability entirely. But I am speaking in the sense of this era of heavyweights.
People may not like it, but Whyte even with his lack of abilities has been High End European - Low World Level fighter at his best.
Joyce, Dubois, Joshua all beat Whyte more impressively than Tyson Fury.
