Reading some of the comments you’d think this was a 50-50 fight or something. Unlike Zurdo, Bivol is a PROVEN elite Eurasian fighting machine with ice water in his veins, a cold-blooded boxing genius with no weaknesses. Dude is like the Bruce Lee of boxing.
Gilberto I’m afraid is out of his depth here, Bivol is gonna pick him apart and take him to school. This has Pac-Margarito written all over it, Ramirez will follow him around like a zombie and get lit up bad. A 20lb weight advantage won’t be enough to save him.
Bivol’s era is just beginning.
WAR DIMITRY :boxing:
P.S. It’s easy to see who the casuals are. I want all you clowns who are picking Zurdo to KO Bivol to be here after the fight.
P.S. Fight went just like I thought lol.
I guess only Bivol gets credit for Barrera but not Zurdo right. Or vlsov who was robbed against Smith no credit there either right or maybe you're just a noob.
Correct.
Barrera when he fought Bivol was 36 years old and 21-1
Barrera when he fought Zurdo was 40 years old and 22-3
Zurdo ain't Canelo. Bivol won't fight a much smaller midget who throws single punch in a minute. Zurdo is huge but also throws so many punches with pressure. Bivol will fight high output fighter in his career the first time. For instance, Joe Smith Jr. was bigger but his output was low. Zurdo is legit threat.
Fantastic.

Vlasov was kinda robbbed against Zurdo too man... or maybe robbed is a bit strong. It was a cloesish kinda fight but Zurdo was fairly fortunate to get the nod IMO. Underated fighter though Vlasov, solid dude, not sure we ever quite saw the best of him but he's done now I think.
If Ramirez can maintain his preferred distance it’ll make for an interesting fight, but if Bivol finds a way to get on the inside it’ll be a pretty easy win for him. I’m more interested to see if they have thought Ramirez how to tie up and use his weight to tire Bivol out when he gets inside. Ramirez will probably come in 20 pounds heavier come fight night and he better use that to his advantage
I’m looking forward to tomorrow, it should be a decent fight

Look 40 cans and 4 contenders. Is that good enough?
Bruce Lee? Lmao. I love Bruce Lee movies and all, but come on he was never in a real fight. As laughable as it sounds, Van Damme had more real pro fights than Lee.
I'm picking Bivol btw, but hoping for the upset.
Wasn’t Bruce Lee in a behind-closed-doors fight with the legendary Wong Jack Man?
But he is 44-0. Swear the only guy I can think of who he beat is the Philly guy x 2 but he is still 44-0. That must mean something.

I should imagine Bivol will outbox him
But I think Zurdo will be more tenacious than Canelo.
I always said Bivol does almost everything better than Canelo. Better footwork, better jab, better work rate, stamina etc. so if you’re in with an opponent that does many things better than you, then you simply can’t rely on single shots and low work rate, otherwise you’re always going to be chasing the fight.
If Ramirez can take each round at a time and fight with intensity every round and good work rate, then it’s possible he can be in this fight. Easier said than done v a very clever fighter
Canelo won 2 rounds, Ramirez might do a bit better but he isn’t winning this fight
Are you going to disappear when Bivol gets blasted by Ramirez? Yeah, I think so.
If you truly believe that then you are the definition of a low IQ casual fan who knows absolutely nothing about the sweet science.

Oddmakers are wrong alot of the times. The only reason bivol is a heavy favorite cause he beat an overhyped undersized average fighter in roidnelo
LOL, Bivol is the HUGE favorite. It’s not just my opinion. Wake up.

So for the record, you’re picking Ramirez?

Look at the comments. Other than his Mexicans fans no one knows who this dude fought. In fact a couple of people compare him to Wilder at 33-0. I think someone posted 40-0 vs nobodies. 4-0 vs world level fighters. Just based on his size and chin he will make a fight out of it but Bivol technique will take over. As I said months ago, Zurdo Wilder 44-0

You sure about that? Do you think he was just a martial arts actor? He may not have competed much in organized sports, but he could and did fight.
LOL, people actually have to use an alt just to start a thread like this. Are you going to disappear when Bivol gets blasted by Ramirez? Yeah, I think so.
Lots of fake accounts made this week. Typically when a Mexican fights, troll accounts pop up but this week since PBC failed boxing, it's been non stop.
