A lot of tribal nonsense here. Ortiz's team just had to submit paperwork if they wanted their WBO mandatory now. Why didn't they? Why didn't they when they were ranked previously No 1 and mandatory? Two chances to submit paperwork. Trail nonsense. His team doesn't think he is ready.

Gonna have to go through Oscar to make an Ortiz fight, and it should be noted Ortiz not so far removed from his very rare medical diagnosis that had him him in ICU for a spell. Might need a few more fights to get his physical abilities sorted.

But that's the thing - IF Crawford was trying to get him in for a tune-up, it means Crawford was negotiating in bad faith because it means he had no intention of fighting Spence next. This all could have been avoided if Crawford had simply come out back in March and said, "I'm going to take a tune-up fight before I fight Spence". No, he said Spence next repeatedly. How can you negotiate with spence manager in bad faith while negotiating with the same manager for a Thurman fight? Make it make sense Haymon manages spence and thurman. Which means he would be negotiating 2 fights with bud at the same time.

Doesn't matter. Keef said he should fight Crawford and the winner would fight Spence, but both Crawford and Spence acted like he wasn't even a factor. He isn't a factor. He's a tune up fight

I’d like to hear the other sides to that claim. Ortiz and Thurman were likely offered peanuts if they were in fact offered the fight on serious terms. Stop making excuses. Ortiz is literally a 2x mandatory to Crawford. His team does not want the fight. Why in the world would they petition the WBA to have an eliminator with STanley? Did you miss that memo? Keef already said he wants a 10 million guarantee to fight Crawford. Delusion. Guess you missed the memo too.

Anybody in talks with PBC, better be considering other options. PBC = Floyd to you so its easy to see where your BS comes from fanboy, I wonder when you will grow up into a man.

Consider: If he took the time to talk to Keef - it means he REALLY didn't have any intention of fighting Spence because there was no reason to talk to Keef at all! Keith has the same manager as errol. So if he was talking to Keith that means Al allowed it.

I don't doubt Thurman and Ortiz were offered the fight, but I don't think Vergil would just say yes without consulting GBP and DAZN. So it's not as simple. I don't know what's Thurman's excuse when he's been hinting that he'll fight Crawford if the fight is offered.

If Spence is sticking to refusing to fight Thurman, we'll likely see Thurman-Ennis for the vacant belt. Crawford gave up his opportunity.

Crawford is nobody's preferred opponent. Spence is no pushover but he doesn't bring the same shock and awe.
