Even w/o stating the obvious that GGGrandp is past it and old, Saul has judges on his side, this time the ref too.
hell looks like GGG has the judges on his side this time
If Canelo doesn't get the stoppage via referee stepping in, then it'll be a wide decision. Sucks because GGG is my guy and I don't want him going out like this. Hoping he can bring some fury for one last hurrah!

He wasn't hurt
He 'felt' that shot, meaning it was really hard and GGG felt it, but at no point was he hurt by it

So, that body shot looked like he was ready to go? Being hurt a bit and being ready to go are two different things, my friend.
And at what point was Golovkin ready to go? It was a good body shot of course but I still don't see how that was even remotely close to him being stopped. This also why I think him fighting at 168 will be better for his durability. This fight was after he went to 164 and I think it adversely effected him coming back down.
I've never seen Golovkin even remotely looking like he might go and he's never been down. Yet, Shakur's predicting Cameltoe will KO him?

Apparently you missed Golovkin's fight with Derevyanechko.
I saw it and yes, he got tagged, but he didn't look like he was about to go to me. Maybe I'll have to see it again.
He's not coming off a loss to Golovkin. What Bivol did has nothing to do with what Golovkin will do. Golovkin is old and way past his best days. Nothing changes that.
Guess we'll see tomorrow. :boxing:

Canelo's coming off a recent loss, where he got beat up. Golovkin is naturally bigger and moving up, while Canelo is naturally smaller and moving down. Stress on the body and mind may show in the ring.

Hard to imagine GGG doing better at 40 than he did at 36.
