Simple, whats your top ten?
Mine is:
1. Oleksandr Usyk Ring/WBA/WBO/IBF
2. Tyson Fury WBC
3. Anthony Joshua
4. Dillian Whyte
5. Joseph Parker
6. Andy Ruiz
7. Joe Joyce
8. Zhilie Zhang
9. Filip Hfgovic
10. Frank Sanchez
I haven't posted in a while, but a lot has happened in the land of the giants and things have been shaken up!
1. Oleksandr Usyk Ring/WBC/WBA/WBO
2. Tyson Fury
3. Daniel Dubois IBF
4. Zhilei Zhang
5. Anthony Joshua
6. Joseph Parker
7. Agit Kabayel
8. Martin Bakole
9. Filip Hrgovic
10. Fabio Wardley
The top man form my first set of rankings over 2 years ago still remains the same, Mr Usyk.
fury is in a default no.2 at the moment but the rise of Dubois is a thunderbolt for the division, AJ is serially rebuilding and Zhang and Parker have the highest stock they have ever had in their careers.
Speaking of which, why have neither man got a fight scheduled??

- - I'd put Francis #2 in Blubber spot. Move Blubber to 13th where he belong itching in his soiled panties wif the shyte of Whyte.
Move everyone up to make room for Wallin #10
Thats assuming I rank Parker based on him beating Wilder...but if you actually look at my posts I already had Parker ranked top 5 or 6.
Ive always thought Parker was good, but he always gets criticised whether lack of punch power or killer instinct but his resume is quite good. But i think his loss to Joe Joyce really setback parker in the respect he got, with Joe subsequently losing to Zhang. So as far as many were concerned was that parker was ranked somewhere below Zhang and Joyce.
Id be inclined to put Parker lower than higher. Otherwise it would seem like beating wilder is some yardstick?.Beating wilder is good but perspective is needed I think and I'll not get too carried away. Id think Zhang and flip best wilder. Id be tempted to slip flip above Parker if only flip got another decent win under belt. So I'll keep Parker ahead of flip for now

That's good. Could have Parker at 4 or 5 really.

Something like;
1. Usyk
2. AJ
3. Tyson Fury
4. Zhang
5. Joe Joyce
6. Joseph Parker
7. Hrgovic
8. Sanchez
9. Kabayel
10. Dubois
Bakole, Wallin, Ajagba, Wilder just outside.
I know some might really question having Wilder just outside and I do think he probably beats a few on the list but the reality is he has one 1 win in the last 4 yrs and that was to Helenius.
Disagree. There are 6-7 guys that matter. Hrgovic is one of them. he beat Zhang who is top 5 also right now.
All of these guys can beat each other.
He got a gift against Zhang...who has actually done more for his career since then than Hrborovic.
Champs: Ngannou, Dubois
decent: Fury, Usyk, Joshua, Kabayel, Parker, Zhang, Hrgovic, Sanchez
Sanchez is the best actually. Just he is waiting to get his shot.
1. Fury/Usyk (Fury - inactive since April 2022, the Chisora fight was a very, very poor choice and he underperformed against Francis; Usyk - scandalous support by a dubious referee against Dubois and sucks in activity for a man pretending that much)
2. AJ/Parker (AJ won 3 fights, but is still a big-mouthed sausage, Parker won 4 - both in one year and even if their opponents weren't the toughest, such activity is to be respected)
3. Dubois (because he should have lost to Lerena, but KOed Usyk)
4. Kabayel
6. Zhang
7. Hrgovic
8. Bakole
9. Sanchez
10. Anderson
LOL at Hrgovic as someone who has "done something".
But I agree with the sentiment, below the upper crust, which is basically just Fury, Usyk and AJ (I said this even before the Dec card), no one else really matters. Parker at best is in a position for an AJ rematch, Hrgovic is at best in line for a paper title but Parker is deserving of the no. 4 spot.

I cannot wait for the Fury Usyk fight !! Been a fight on everyone has been asking for for a while now.
1. Fury (going to be crazy to see how he deals with Usyk angles and feet, does he still have it ?)
Usyk
Joshua, still shown he has the goods with the Wallin win, think he's too fast and athletic for Zhang and Hrgovic.
Zhang, just ahead of Hrgovic after his dominations of Joyce.
Hrgovic, needs to be tested again asap. List gets kinda interchangeable for me after this.
Joyce, still a fan, think Zhang just had his number, can't forget how kinda steamrolled Parker and DD in the end of their fights.
Ruiz, wasted career, come on Andy, have one final crack at the sport while you still can. Have no idea how good he is at the current time.
DDD, quit twice, no doubt he's skilled and will probably get better.
Sanchez.
Parker. win vs wilder who everyone seen how gone and unwilling he was in that ring, is he that much better than the guy whole lost comfortably to Joyce, doubt it
We can make new list after every event. Fore example, i had Wallin top 10 before watching how badly he sucked fighting Joshua.
Usyk, Zhang, Fury, Joshua, Hrgovic, Joyce, Parker
These guys have done something, they can be separated from others.

The demise of Fury is an overreaction. He looked poor because he didnt really train or motivate himself properly and came against a big strong guy. BUT it says a lot about also overrating somoenel ike Fury. I hope the GOAT talks are now over lol
Ruiz vs Usyk would be interesting. AJ used length against Ruiz in the 2nd fight. Usyk would have to jump in to get his combos off. I think Ruiz's hands are faster. Won't happen but interesting style match-up.
Fury - Still think if you motivate him and he is the underdog he is dangerous.
Usyk
AJ
Zhang
Wilder
Zhang vs Wilder is another interesting match-up that isn't going to happen.
Would be nice if they all fought each other. That's what the Saudis should be doing with all the money.
For now, Miller vs DDD is the only fight I'm interested in on the card.
Parker and Wallin will box away from danger. Not interested in dancing heavyweight, enough of that at the midget weights.
I want these guys on the canvas like Zhang/Joyce 2
