I honestly felt like HBO saved him. He was starting to lose down the stretch I do not condone cheating but I don't see how more people don't remember this. It took Margarito a while to be honest. He was the underdog for some odd reason, but my prediction for that fight was Margarito by TKO. I felt Margarito was too big and too strong for Cotto. I think this might be the first time I rewatched it since it happened live. I don't know if I made fun of him for taking a knee but If I did he didn't deserve it. Margarito brutalized him. What I don’t understand is why did team Cotto agree to such a small ring? Knowing someone like Margarito is a come forward machine, why not ask for a bigger ring?
