Pedraza, Leo Santa Cruz were top boxers.
Fonseca was a good second tier guy.
But that's his main reputable opponents. Isaac Cruz might end up great, I'd venture to say he will end up great. But he fought him before we knew who he was.
But I know you're a big Gervonta guy, so I know what you're doing. I just wanted to put out there, those guys are legit. :lol1:
Thank you. We'll see if Davis and Haney can make this fight, if the fans want. To me, it's not a MUST see. I'd rather someone more stylistically exciting than Haney.
Snipers 130 ibf is the ONLY legit title he won. At 35 and 40 were the garbage wba 2ndary titles he won.
I thought his WBA belt at 130 was the Super belt
Didnt he also have the WBA super at 130 as well. IBF and WBA super at 130.

Loma maybe could beat both but who has he beat as good as either?
Davis is a non factor in terms of what youre asking. Haney is a bigger Rigo and I see it playing out tge same way.
He hasn't fought a top fighter? Who is a top fighter?

These guys are decent but their on that Haney bandwagon heavy.
Haney will end up fighting Richard Commey in December on ESPN.
Commey going up to 140 to fight Pedraza. Even if he wins (and I don't think he will), not sure he's going back down to 135 after that.
TANK would not let Haney jab his face up like Kambosa did. He would stay out of range or plant his foot and counter.
I think he would get dominated by the Jab. Davis would drop rounds, and just be looking to time a big punch.
When Davis does attack, Haney will be tested for sure. But I don't think Davis is a constant pressure fighter.
That is the type of fighter that will force Haney out of his primary strategy, and force him to show more etc.
This is why. Calls himself a 3 div champ but only has 1 legit belt from 130. Loma beats both these guys on the same night imo.

Gary Russell Jr and Rigondeaux and Commey (b/c Commey has same KO percentage as Tank but with more KOs)
Haney is not a fun fighter to watch but I have gained respect for him becuase he seems to be one of the few boxers in todays era willing to fight the best without letting boxing politics ruin negotiations. Hopefully he continues on like this.

Well, he hasn't really fought many top fighters but he is a draw and is a good fighter. Most fighters like Tank.

I think Loma beats Haney.
Tank is harder to call. 50/50 for me
That's a fair call to make but if Loma beats Haney it's easily his best win and vice versa.
Haney Jab'n Hug won't cut it against Loma... He's just gonna circle around Haney and find angles ... Dec - Wide
Tank will just demolish Haney at one point or another ... KO - Mid
Say what you want about Haney but he’s always seeked out to fight the best. He chased Loma and Teo and finally got his shot against Kambosos. Credit to him at such a young age unlike Tank (who’s style I prefer, but he’s never chased the best).
