All he does is jab -jab -jab and clinch the whole night.
He makes Wladimir Klitschko look like Muhammad Ali. Yes Klitschko was jabbing and clinching , but he also had his signature hooks and crosses , able to drop nearly everybody.
And I don`t wanna hear about Klitschko - Fury being boring again. Lol, Haney`s skills are nowhere compared to these 2.
How is carlos molina more boring than haney?
The main issue people are having is haney's clinching, low output and lack of variety of punches
Molina, especially nower days, does not have any of those 3 issues
Wasn't aware he still fought.
But Molina holds more in one fight than Haney has in his entire career probably.
I won't be watching any of his fights again that was the one and only time i stayed up to watch his fight and i was struggling to stay awake it was that bad, no sense of urgency or killer instinct at all, as i said in the other thread it's like watching a female boxing match no danger involved therefore pointless to me.

Yup, Haney - Kambosos is probably one of the worst "elite" fights I have ever seen.
I rather watch "C level" heavyweights in wars, like Kownacki -Arreola, Helenius - Kownacki, Babic -against another bum, shat shi.t is entertaining.
I don`t care how elite Haney is, I don`t wanna watch his boring ass again, unless he fights somebody like Davis.
The racist Haney is boring as sh1i*t. Fucc that little midg3t PU$$I. Would like to see Tank knock him out. Haney just cant bang hes not a fighter.
I would agree with you if this was just a regular fight stay busy fight but being that it was for the UNDISPUTED CHAMPIONSHIP OF THE WORLD he should have turned up the heat and made a statement, show the world why youre the best. The kid has no 2nd gear and no killer instinct, when the competition gets stiffer those will be his 2 downfalls.
No, then it would have been too dangerous. He would have been fighting Kambosos type of fight and could have got caught cold by being too reckless in exchanging punches with him. Devin had to put some respect on George's name.
He is one tough SOB and he has already proven that against Teofimo Lopez and that is what both puzzles and disappoints me. Why couldn't he have stuck with what got him there; His balls, determination and iron will?
He needed to have been busier by letting his hands go and fighting Mexican style. What was he afraid of I'll never understand?

Undisputed was just belts given, Kambosis beat one guy that was on his worst night and that's not the same as beating 2-3 belt holders to get all the belts. Often titles don't really mean much they just trinkets passed around, the difference here vs Charlos fight is a prime example.
Definitely one of the most boring of this era.
most boring fighter i ever watched live was Devon Alexander, him and Bradley both stunk the joint out but Devon was embarrassing that night, no confidence, no drive, awful fight.
I also went to his fight vs Maidana and even though Maidana was in terrible shape and gave up after 3 rounds, Devon still clinched and hugged repeatably for all 10 rounds, i won money on that fight but still felt depressed.
Hell yeah when your opponent is doing next to absolutely nothing because the fight wasn't in the least bit close. He shut Kambosos completely down and out..
However, I do agree with the overall basic premise that both fighters should have taken more risk in the ring but in the case of Devin Haney; He didn't have to because he was sticking with what was working for him and that was his jab.

So when youre in hostile territory you do the bare minimum??

"I hate Devin Haney who is both the undefeated and undisputed Lightweight champion of the world because of his race.". There; I fixed it for you!.
Only a bigger strong guy could possibly decipher that style of Haney. A guy who could wrestle and able slam Haney on the canvas. If the ref refuses to enforce rules, then do whatever it takes to make it dirty, otherwise he will keep on doing it over and over again. You're destined to lose anyways, so why not do something else?
Kambosos is too skinny and frail to physically outmaneuver Haney. That's why the rematch will do nothing for him.
Pretty straight forward and clear mate.
TS said Haney is the most boring fighter ever, my response; "Have you seen Carlos Molina fight?"
The reason I'm asking is because Molina's ability to cause boredom is on a whole other level.
Well, whatever the case, it's bad for boxing. Period. This sport can't gain in popularity with performances like that. And I'm not alone here and I'm not hating. I would like to see fights with Haney more than Kambosos but that was UNTIL last night. And honestly, because of Haney's size, no one at lightweight is going to be able to deal with Haney's grappling game. Maybe Loma because he's got good takedown defense, but he's small. Tank is small too compared to Haney. Garcia is too flatfooted but at least his as big as Haney and maybe stronger.
I just don't see any of the top lightweights being able to deal with ducking below the belt line every time you get past the jab and clinching. Especially with a referee that doesn't let you fight out of it but breaks you up so that Haney's opponent is once again at the end of his jab.
I'm just really bothered that people are cool with the flagrant abuse of the rules. I hope other teams and referees try to put a stop to that tactic. You want to do it every once in awhile, cool. But to make that the cornerstone of your game plan is just too much. It was as if Haney felt that he was in there with Mike Tyson.
I don't know ... well, I do know that I'm done ranting about this. It is what it is.
So when youre in hostile territory you do the bare minimum??
There is no right specific strategy to deal with them circumstances of that or securing a victory. He chose to take no chances to secure his win. So what?
How bout y'all focus on what the loser should have did instead of the winner?
i said earlier in the week that one thing you can guarantee on saturday is that haney will stink the place out and bore everyone to tears. it was a dreadful fight, know some people on here will pretend that it was amazing to watch, sweet science etc but it was boring you could hear a pin drop in the crowd.
I agree it was a boring soft fight, but don't blame Haney that's his style, the ring is not a big place Kambosis did nothing it was up to him to take the fight to Haney and he failed badly to even have a go. so its 301 Spartans lol, well he was the only Spartan to not go out on his shield, I was way more disappointed in Kambosis not try going for it than Haney doing what he does.
Y'all need to blame George..... Haney did what he had to do and nothing more in hostile territory where could have easily been robbed on scorecards why increase this risk by giving George more opportunity to land?
How about y'all blame King George for not doing what he had to do by getting past that jab doing more to not get clinched on the inside.
Better fighters would have found a way to make it a fight!
So when youre in hostile territory you do the bare minimum??
To be honest, I don't know what your point is either. Here:

I'd have to say that Molina is actually more entertaining. If I'm being honest.
This is a WhatAboutIsm, anyway. It's like if I said Kambosos is a **** fighter and is a one-hit-wonder, and you said, "oh yeah, well what about Jess Willard?"
I don't know man. I think when you're trying to give Haney the edge by thinking of the most boring fighter you can possibly imagine, then Haney's in trouble. He'll never be a star.
