Can you fix Deontays sh,it left hook in one training session? I reckon I can, ill go then you go teach Deontay how to punch! Go! | BoxingScene Community

Ok STEP 1
Keep the hip ON activated AT IMPACT and even AFTER impact you turn it on at the start of the punch and it goes OFF at IMPACT with the target probably because you are focused on what your arm is doing (the long hook motion) rather than what your hip is doing
STEP 2
Get close to the heavy bag and throw small range of motion left hooks with a 90 degree angle, until you find that easy, keep the hip on at impact remember, do TONS of reps. Once you can do that with EASE move onto medium range of motion left hooks until thats perfected.
STEP 3
DROP EVERYTHING ROY JONES JR he doesn't want you to be the heavyweight RJJ because then he looks bad by comparison, hint hint (hes got you slapping) Technically the way he taught others how to do it it is ok, but also incomplete, he leaves out vital information, ALSO its the most complex bstard way to learn it, and thats how hes showing everyone.
Fury is 33. What drugs are you on?
well hes breaking my fking emotional spirit, he needs to retire because of that I dont want to hang on the edge of my fking chair any more, even tho he isnt close to losing its still too much,
Basically hes done enough, and hes going to make history by implementing an Anti - Ali and an Anti Louis get out early method to counter their, get brain damage , get losses look worse than you are by mistake get out late method of retiring
Wilder fanboys have a hatred for Tyson Fury - they cannot and will not forget about the beating and destruction a 6''9 Gypsy gave to their idol.
Yes correct, Tyson Fury is 33 - he would like another 2 fights ideally against Femi.
Wilder Fanboy girls will be wearing skirts LOL hahahahahahahaha tomorrow for the Micky mouse Statue, hahaha lol.;)
Drew, if you are out there see a doctor lol:rofl::rofl::rofl:
Any HW from this era will not be remembered fondly
99% of the time, a fighter is who he is. They may look like they changed in the 1st few rds, then they revert to who they really are.
DW isn't that 1%
I know you are trolling but Tyson Fury has almost a cult like fan base and love. He is forever.
Deontay may be the hardest puncher in human history
There's many good fighters
I dont think its a bad era
I think we were kinda spoilt by Mike Tyson though. Once he showed us what a heavyweight can be with skill speed power and perfection it was kidna game over its been bums ever since and ever prior, with a few exceptions its just been a pile of of lugs. Tyson had that small man skill level with the heavyweight excitement, combined with a new really clever skillful exciting aggressive style, insane speed and power, its just over for the other heavyweights. Lug city
Well teh good thing about being a puncher is you dotn need to be champ to be remembered well, no one gives a fk that Shavers didnt win teh championship, they dotn give the slightest fk,

Much too late for that
Might as well try teaching a penguin how to fly.

Ah looks like he's retired well sh,it, id come back train with mayweather (take up his offer) and sort the left hook in a step by step logical patient way minus RJJ influence.
They can all still compete for "next era" champion, they can go late into the next era.
Fury is at retirement age. He's just going to get endless "next dangerous one" offers, and "cant get it done situations" hes doing the right thing the "anti Ali/Lous legacy, get out fast dont make yourself look worse than you are method
Fury is 36, Ali retired at 37 came back at 39, lost both times, lost at 37.
No one gets taught anything in one training session. It’s that simple………
well most trainers are thick planks, that doesn't apply to me, sure it takes a while to wire things up but you can "get it" understand experientially, in one session esp if many session came b4 that 1 session
should've went to Derrick James years ago I've always said this
Derrick is the perfect trainer for his style he would've fixed his jab and inside fighting...still wouldn't have beat Fury though

He does this , he usually has one less layer of complexity, and its hard enough to do like that. I can teach teh long hook properly but i wont bother unless i see the left hook wired up properly, im just talking to myself giving out valuable info for nothing otherwise.
Hip still ON at impact is the most important thing to do with the long hook, it takes a while to get tehre and if teh hip isnt still activating it turns into a slap

NOOOOO!!!!
(Its hard enough wo the efficient loading/chambering from the guard, and that doesn't teach you how to do the long hook anyway, dont fking do that)
If you see his real fight footage he rarely ever does that efficient guard chamber thing...
