Crawford creates more openings and opportunities for knockouts with his fighting style and counter punches. He is more nuanced, moves better, and throws more combinations. Eventually he catches an opponent open and it’s the punch they didn’t see that drops them. Spence has a cumulative power that wears down opponents and breaks them down. Crawford is a little faster, has better upper body and head movement. I think Spence can take a punch a little better. It should be a great fight but I suspect Crawford wins on points in a narrow decision.
I cant see TC winning the long game and he likes to trade, he has a wide stance actually reminds me of Hearns a lot in his style and body language, I don't think the fight will go the distance but you may be right.

It's hard to compare. They have a different type of power.
Porter said Crawford hit him harder, but that he was more hurt vs Spence if that makes any sense.
it makes a lot of sense. It's like Hearns and Hagler. Hearns had better 1 punch power and Hager just grinded you down. That's the same with Crawford and Spence. Spence isn't the type to ko you early or start a stoppage with one punch, he's gonna beat on you for 8 or 9 rounds. So Crawford has better 1 punch power and Spence just grinds you down. Crawford is also quicker than Spence and punches that you don't see hurt more.
How the HELL would some Idiots on Boxing Scene Forum know? lol
Only Shawn Porter and guys who have sparred with BOTH can answer that
Also does it even matter? Wilder hits way harder than Fury...how did those fights turn out?
I think it was there, here is some other reference to it, I was a little surprised by it but Porter would have a good inside take on it.

Oh I guess it was the interview with Brian Custer that he said it. I'll add that to my watchlist.
I'd vote Spence after hearing from Brook and Porter who pick Crawford to win but still say Spence hits harder.
Imagine a legit heavy bag where it measures fighters power and speed? Both fighter’s could get a few minutes ( or hours even ) to unleash their best stuff and have it recorded. Yes, nobody would do it for the same reason they don’t get on scales for fight night. Nobody’s height is ever measured in front of the public. That’s why you get listed heights for guys all over the place, same with reach. I’ll keep saying it, it’s super corny we can’t even get a public height measurement or reach on fights that are worth millions in betting. You can even weigh in wearing anything you want. Ridiculous.
They could take a perfect photo silhouette of a fighter arms outstretched and have it super imposed with their opponents silhouette. See the exact differences in physiques. If we had had all the data possible for every fight ( fight night weigh in for example ) then we could actually see how things shake out one way or the other. We love to speculate about it. Who’s too big etc. Who’s too drained etc. If we had all the numbers than we could see much more from precedent. Really see what is what.
A heavy fighter wins, the opponent says he was too big. A heavy fighter loses he had to cut too much weight. Nobody willing to go on record on the scale before the fight. I get it. Still be awesome if someone set a new standard.
Thanks, I still need to watch the newest episode of his podcast. I'm assuming he addresses it there again.

Porter said Spence hits harder its on video just a day or so ago.
I think they both punch hard where Spence punches harder punch after punch round after round, where TC varies the power and unleashes the big shots with speed timing, and accuracy.

Spence Junior is more heavy handed.
But Crawford, I would say has better timing seems more creative with his punches.
So this makes him appear more spiteful.
But out and out power between these two fighters is close.
Spence Junior physical strength, backs up his punches and amplifies his offense.
I.E If Deontay Wilder would of had the physical strength of Lennox Lewis, this would change his entire offense.
For one, he would not of ever lost to Tyson Fury. One of the major reasons why Fury beat Wilder, was because Fury was just too strong physically.
Wrestling on the inside, pushing Wilder about etc When this happens round after round, it breaks fighters down.
It's hard to compare. They have a different type of power.

Saw some people discussing this. Just power.
Crawford’s power comes from the momentum of an opponent COMING IN. He loves catching you running in.
Spence hits hard no matter what’s going on.
Their fight together will come down to who can take a shot and who can give more shots. That’s in favor of Spence. He loves giving it in HIGH quant ities.
If we're going "p4p" it might be Crawford since he did start at 135, despite being huge for the weight.
That being said, I don't see Spence going almost 12 with Jose Benavidez. I think Spence would blister the versions of fighters that Bud fought. I believe Spence fought Porter to prove a point that he has a dog in him. Spence has a harder one-hit quitter too I believe, as shown in the Ocampo fight
Agree with this but I think Bud is more intent on hurting you when he hits you.
