Why would he be absolutely battered?
An obese Andy wasn't battered last time they fought, and Joshua was forced to back off any time he tried to open up.
Obese Andy Ruiz Junior is better than this version.
He has regressed, training with team Alvarez has weakened him.
Some fighters just cannot cope with a certain intensity.
You are asking me, why he would be battered. And I have just looked back at my first post, I explained my reasons there.
Let this be the end of this interaction. I do sense you are another poster with a personal issue regarding Joshua.
Anthony Joshua's next fight is a mega fight. Ruiz Junior's next fight is against a veteran fighter.
Joshua is on a different level mate.
I am surprised Ruiz Junior has gone quiet on Anthony Joshua.
I am one of the people who thinks, he would be absolutely battered if he ever fought Joshua again.
Ruiz Junior has regressed, never mind him posing in pictures. I think he has regressed more than Joshua.
Training with team Alvarez has most likely put him in a state of over-training. Due to years of not training within that intensity.
Joshua would beat him up from start to finish.

Surprised I’m the only person picking Ortiz but Ortiz is the more disciplined and determined fighter. Ruiz has faster hands but Ortiz has the better punch. Let’s not forget Ruiz just went life and death with Arreola and could’ve been kod.
You’re not the only one and for the exact reasons you posted.

Ruiz didn't look great vs Arreola but Ortiz looked every bit of his 74yrs vs Martin & in fairness to Arreola he got his ass in shape for the first time ever and fought a smart fight, the best I've seen him look ever. I can get why Ruiz underestimated him I for one never expected the day Arreola actually took a fight seriously.
I don't think Ortiz has the legs anymore, his legs are so gone he can't even absorb a good shot based on what I see vs Martin.
Would have to favour Ruiz to stop him purely based on youth and hope I am right as I feel the worst thing would be Ortiz's power continuing to bail him out. He's only deteriorating and going to get badly hurt, he is finished.
What kind of bitch shit is this? Luis Ortiz has been calling out Andy Ruiz for several years now. If he's not confident that he could defeat Ortiz then perhaps he shouldn't fight him. if this is not the damnedest I've ever seen; A fighter asking boxing fans for permission to fight another fighter?
The Ortiz of like 5 years ago would have been the clear favourite, today I really dont know. Hes still got skills and power but i'm not sure the durability and ability to stay effective for potentially 12 rounds is there. Its also dependent on what kind of Ruiz shows up. Good fight.
Seems every time a boxer goes out there asking who his fans want him to fight , it doesn’t happen
So , in that case I won’t even bother stating anything
